In 2009 he was named President and Chief Executive Officer of the Hudson County Chamber of Commerce (NJ). On the brink of closing its doors, the Chamber's Board of Trustees enlisted Mr. Dunlap as a turnaround executive to revive and save the failing organization. He was tasked with developing and implementing a strategic business rescue plan to reverse a severe multi-year decline in revenues and business Membership defections.
