Hodgkinson Co. Restoration; the parent company of BRICKFIXER.COM, SLATEFIXER.COM AND COPPERFIXER.COM was formed in 1984 by Lance R. Hodgkinson. After working for his father Brian G. Hodgkinson Sr. as a foreman in the concrete pre-casting and home building business (HSH Enterprises in Newbury OH) and then later learning the finer points of Masonry Construction with Ray Arnold Builders out of Chagrin Falls OH, Lance started his own business with a focus onthe area he enjoyed most.. repairing Historic Masonry Structures. Starting small at first taking on front step repair projects and light tuck pointing he honed his craft and was soon working on larger projects on larger homes eventually becoming the "go to man" for the more difficultaerial chimney rebuilding and complex repair jobs.
