TYLER GRIFFITH - Key Persons


Bubba Kidwell

Bubba has been a lifelong resident of Central Ohio living in Centerburg, Johnstown and Gahanna where he graduated from Gahanna Lincoln High School. He attended Muskingum University (‘92-'96) and majored in Education then went on to The Ohio State University and earned his MA in Educational Administration. Now residing in New Albany, Bubba is an intervention specialist at New Albany High School and has coached football for 25 years. Most recently he served as the Head Coach at New Albany from 2019-2022 where he won two OCC Championships and had an undefeated regular season in 2022. Bubba and his wife Carey have three children. Their two oldest sons play football in college: Brody (Cornell University) and Brock (University of Dayton). Their daughter, Mary, is on the varsity basketball team at New Albany High School. Bubba is excited about joining RE/MAX PEAK and working with the Tyler Griffith Team.

Bud Olsen

Bud grew up in Murfreesboro, TN as the second oldest of seven children. He attended college at West Coast Baptist College ('08-'12), located in Southern California, and upon graduating in 2012, he took a job in the Seattle, WA area. In 2015, Bud moved from Seattle to Central Ohio to be with his fiancé Chera. He quickly joined the Tyler Griffith team at RE/MAX PEAK and has never looked back. Part of Bud's background prior to becoming a REALTOR (R) includes working for a custom home builder. His desire to be in real estate stems from his interest in housing and his desire to help others. Bud enjoys being a part of the RE/MAX family and the Tyler Griffith team, where his areas of focus are the growing suburbs North of Columbus. He currently lives in Galena, OH with his wife Chera, son Brody and daughter Blakely. Outside of the office, Bud enjoys playing golf, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with family and friends.

Mark Kryling

Mark grew up a child of a Navy veteran and moved around every few years until his father retired and they settled in McComb, Ohio in the Northwest corner of the state. He was the youngest of four boys. Mark attended high school in McComb and attended The Ohio State University majoring in Social Studies Education. Mark taught Social Studies for 31 years at Newark High School, retiring in 2017. While living in Newark Mark met his wife, Patty, at the Southgate Church of Christ, where he has attended for the past 30 years. He is the father of 2 wonderful daughters who both work in Mt. Vernon. Robert (Bob) Griffith

ABOUT BOB Bob recieved his real estate license in 1987 and passed the broker's exam in 1989. Since his venture into the real estate field he has consistently been among the top-producing agents in the area. He has recieved the Ohio Association of Realtors Award of Distiction for many years. Bob has served on the Centerburg Local Board of Education and the Hilliar Township Board of Trustees. He has also been a former Knox County Board of Realtors President, a member of the Knox County Chamber of Commerce and a former president of the local Jaycees.
