Aaron Holmgren brings over a decade of Operations and Operations Management to Ben's. Aaron has built a strong career within the transportation industry, working at ATS, a company known for its strong commitment to excellence in transportation. His roles have allowed him to develop a deep understanding of logistics, team leadership, developing operational arms from the ground up and efficient process management. Outside of work, Aaron is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys spending his free time fishing, playing hockey and softball, and hanging out with family and friends. Whether it's on the lake, at the rink, or around a bonfire, he values the balance between hard work and making memories with the people who matter most.

Ann Schwartz - President

With over two decades of experience in Steel Construction, Ann offers a genuine mindset to each and every person she interacts with, whether it is an employee, customer, or vendor. Her philosophy derives from "The more you can build on what you know with the help of others experience and expertise the more the business will prosper and the better the team will be." By inputting technology and the ongoing commitment to process improvement, Ann helps instill a worker's pride of self-betterment in a progressive environment. She helps our team provide consistent execution and flawless service. With a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting, Ann excels in problem-solving, team building, process improvement, and contract review. Beginning her first five years of her career in banking; Ann always knew she would end up in private accounting, it was the construction however that was unforeseen. Once she had a taste for Steel Construction, it became quickly clear that she had found her niche.

Ben Schwartz

Ben strives to continue the company's momentum of producing first-rate quality structures and continuing to lead top-of-the-market technology in the industry. A graduate of St. Cloud Technical College with an emphasis in weld inspecting, Ben excels in quality control, welding, and fabrication. His skill set and passion for the field derives from the inspiration and core values of his family. Positive customer service, vision for the employees in their current and future projects, and meaningful investment in the company is just a sample of Ben's proficiency. He is active in spending time with family and friends, Hot rods, hunting and shooting, sports, as well as the St. Cloud Metro Lions.

Grant Stangl

Grant is an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who has been serving as the Controller since 2021. Grant holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the College of St. Scholastica and an Associate's Degree in Accounting from St. Cloud Technical and Community College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and actively participates in the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA).

Rob Schwartz

As third generation owner, Rob provides plant layout, process improvement, and technology advancements while delighting in the efficient product turn-around that Ben's is known for. He prides himself on the exclusive craftsmanship displayed by the employee's that work for him.

Scott Follett

Scott Follett brings over 30 years of experience in construction project management and is recognized as a passionate, balanced, and skilled leader in the industry. Over his career, he has held positions specializing in facility management, healthcare, building envelope and exterior historic restoration. Prior to joining Ben's, Scott has worked for notable organizations such as, ATS, Inc., Allina Health, W.L. Hall, Tremco Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc., and Building Restoration Corporation.
