Prior to joining bswift, Adam served as Executive Vice President of Product and Marketing at HealthEquity, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Financial Engines, Vice President of Marketing and Chief Technology Officer at The Mutual Fund Store, and Director of Digital Products at TD Ameritrade. Adam holds a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho.

Amit has over 25 years of executive operational experience in benefits administration, management consulting and human capital management. He is responsible for service operations and delivery at bswift and has a proven track record of operational success in benefits administration. Prior to joining bswift, Amit served as COO at Businessolver delivering significant operational transformation and business results. Amit holds a master's degree in computer science from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Becky has over 20 years of engineering leadership experience leading software technology organizations in the healthcare and financial industries. At bswift, Becky leads product engineering delivery at bswift. She has a proven ability to organize high-performing teams to deliver quality solutions to market. Prior to joining bswift, Becky was Chief Technology Officer at Health Equity. Becky received her Associates of Science in Information Technology from University of Phoenix.

Brian brings deep experience in Channel Partner operations, technology know-how, and institutional knowledge. With a focus on building client relationships, developing and engaging his team, as well as operational excellence and client success, Brian consistently meets the needs of our Channel Partners and their clients. Brian holds a master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Dave is a growth executive with 25 years of experience in creating value for clients and business with expertise in go-to-market strategies, new business development, e-commerce, digital marketing, and managed services.

Deena brings more than 25 years of valuable experience in benefits administration, covering all benefit domains in a variety of roles. Over her career, she has led teams and projects in the areas of service delivery and recovery, operational excellence, customer service, and implementation. Her professional passions are focused on process engineering and continuous improvement.

Don leads channel business sales and business development as well as partner development for bswift. Don started as an insurance producer in 1997 and has held various sales, consulting and management positions at FirstWest Benefit Solutions (now NFP), Beneficial Life and Aflac. Don has significant public policy experience and received a formal commendation from the Governor of Utah for outstanding work as a consultant while pioneering a publicly overseen private health insurance marketplace prior to the passage of the Affordable Care Act. Don has a B.S. from Brigham Young University.
Eric has dedicated his entire career to transforming the health care industry through next generation technology. He has served as CEO and CCO of several health care information technology companies.

Eric comes to bswift with over 25 years of experience in the benefit administration industry, with the last 11 years leading various service center operations and solution groups. Most recently, he held the title of Customer Care Solutions Leader where he led a team responsible for developing and deploying innovative, omnichannel customer service and support solutions to meet evolving client and customer needs. Prior to that role, Eric was the Health Customer Care Leader and led service center operations and solutions across all health-related lines of business, including core benefits administration, flexible spending, advocacy, and leave management. Eric holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and is a graduate of the Executive Management Program at Rollins College in Orlando, Florida.
Eric leads bswift's Service Center and brings over 25 years of experience in the benefits administration industry.

Jane brings over 30 years of experience in client services, operational excellence, and benefits administration, and has a proven record of optimizing service delivery teams to provide a first-class client experience. Before joining bswift, Jane held leadership positions at Hewitt Associates, Aon, Alight Solutions - driving exceptional delivery with transformation for clients, participants, and colleagues. Jane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Managerial Economics and Mathematics from Stephens College.

Jim is a senior sales executive with a proven track record of revenue growth and contributing significantly to bswift's growth trajectory. With 23 years of experience in the group healthcare and benefits administration and outsourcing business, Jim is an expert in the benefits administration market, understanding employer needs today and tomorrow, and offering bswift solutions to solve for those needs. Prior to bswift, Jim served in a variety of roles across functional disciplines at Aetna, including Senior Account Executive where he was responsible for managing large employer accounts and client satisfaction. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marist College and an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
Jim brings 23 years of sales and client management experience to bswift. He is responsible for influencing bswift's solutions to meet market demands, expanding bswift's position in the market and achieving its growth objectives.
John is a senior IT executive with 35 years of experience in benefits administration delivering innovation and platform modernization at scale, and building highly engaged technology teams. Most recently, John was the Chief Technology and Product Officer at bswift.

He grew up in the New York City suburbs and began his career at a large international law firm based in Manhattan focusing on international IPOs and M&A. Over the last 20+ years, John has concentrated on leading Legal and other corporate functions at Private Equity backed, high-growth software companies.
John brings over 20 years of experience to bswift and leads the corporate legal department.

Julie brings extensive client services and delivery experience to bswift's Direct Client Service Team. She has held several executive leadership positions in client delivery, implementations, service delivery, customer service, and project management. Julie has a deep relationship management background with a focus always on the client and team member experience. Julie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University.
Julie brings over 25 years of experience supporting large clients, with HR as well as health and retirement outsourcing and consulting.

Justin brings client-centric leadership to bswift's specialty solutions, technology and product development initiatives. Over the last 18 years in the benefits administration industry, Justin has successfully led client management, operations, implementation, and technology teams, as well as launched multiple new technology product offerings. Prior to bswift, Justin worked at Hewitt Associates (now Alight Solutions), where he provided both implementation, operations and client management support to several key, large market clients. Justin earned his B.A. from Augustana College with a major in Business Administration and minors in Computer Science and Physics.
Justin brings over 18 years of client-centric leadership to bswift's specialty solutions, technology and product development initiatives.
Lana is a strategic HR executive with over 25 years' experience in human capital functions and leading people to drive transformational change through the organization. She most recently served as Chief Administrative Officer at American Electric Power Company, Inc. (AEP), a Fortune 125 company.

Maria is a marketing and communication professional with 23 years of experience in the employer healthcare and benefits administration space. In her role, Maria is responsible for expanding bswift's market footprint through compelling and impactful marketing strategies, and also helping people achieve their individual health and wellbeing objectives through personalized, thoughtful education and engagement programs. Prior to joining bswift, Maria led marketing and communication teams at Mercer. Maria has a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of Maine, and a Master's Degree in Marketing and Advertising from Boston University.

Prior to joining bswift, Mike held several client management and leadership roles in the large market space administration space. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Iowa in Psychology with a concentration in Business Administration and a Master's in Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago in Finance.

Mitch brings over 20 years of experience in engineering, product, information security, and technology leadership. At bswift, Mitch leads information security and workplace technology program which includes cyber security, physical security, security controls, as well as disaster recovery and business continuity. Prior to joining bswift, Mitch held several leadership positions at Paylocity, Aon/Hewitt Associates and CVS Health. Mitch earned his BA in Computer Science at DeVry Institute of Technology.

Natalie has over 15 years of experience in the HR industry and leads the People function at bswift. She brings diverse capabilities to people and culture. Most recently, Natalie was the Chief People Officer of Breeze Airways, and prior to that spent 16 years at HealthEquity as the Executive Vice President of People and leading various operations teams. Natalie is passionate about team member engagement, development, diversity, inclusion and belonging. She was named one of Utah's Top "HR" Professionals by Utah Business Magazine in 2020. Natalie studied business at Salt Lake Community College, and Adult Education and Program College at Westminister College.
Natalie has over 15 years of experience in the HR industry and leads HR at bswift.

Robert has a BS degree in Finance from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Brigham Young University.
Scott is an insurance and benefit technology executive with deep experience in designing and delivering industry leading benefits programs. Most recently, Scott was President of Employee Benefits with HUB International Florida.

Steve brings over 25 years of leadership experience with a history of driving strategic impact both internally and for client partners. Prior to joining bswift, Steve helped lead the launch of a new insurance health plan within Aetna's innovative Consumer Business division. Steve previously served as CFO and Chief Strategy Officer for WorkPlace Impact guiding significant growth with Fortune 100 clients and through new digital product development launches. Steve earned a BA in Political Science from Yale University.

Prior to joining bswift, Ted served in a series of leadership roles, including COO of HealthEquity, COO of the Mutual Fund Store, SVP of the retail advisory business at Financial Engines, and Head of TD Ameritrade's investor education business. Ted is a graduate from Cornell University with a degree in Industrial and Labor Relations.
Ted is a health care delivery executive with 25 years of leadership experience. He is responsible for bswift's strategic vision, growth and culture.
