Joining The Buncher Company in 2017, Chris serves in the construction department as the Vice President - Manager of Construction Services. By working closely with those inside and outside of the construction department, efforts are focused on the safe and efficient execution of daily construction operations. Prior to joining The Buncher Company, Chris spent twenty years working for a western Pennsylvania based general contractor working in numerous management roles during this time. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science degree at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an Associates degree from the Pennsylvania State University. Chris enjoys spending time outdoors, biking, hiking and participating in Cross Fit activities. Chris and his wife Sue reside in West Deer Township. They have two daughters - Annalee and Lydia.

Chris Larkins

As Vice President - Finance of The Buncher Company, Chris is responsible for managing all the Company's property-related capital needs. Chris manages all the debt and equity relationships required to finance the Company's office, industrial, multi-family, hospitality, and mixed-use pipelines, from inception through closing, construction, lease-up, and stabilization or disposition.

Christine M. Dolfi

Chris earned her undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University and her Juris Doctorate from the Duquesne University School of Law where she was a member of the Law Review. Chris is an active member of the Pittsburgh Chapter of CREW and the Real Property Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association.

David B. Heaton - CEO, President

As President & CEO of The Buncher Company, David works closely with the Board of Directors to define the company vision and to implement the strategies to ensure the Company follows its Vision, Mission and Values. David leads Buncher's Executive Committee to manage and improve the portfolio of Industrial, Warehouse, Office, and Hospitality assets throughout the real estate life cycle and to define and evaluate new development and investment opportunities. Prior to joining The Buncher Company, David was the Chief Operating Officer of Oxford Development Company. David earned a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree from Pennsylvania State University. David serves on the Boards of the United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania, Leadership Pittsburgh, and the American Heart Association of Greater Pittsburgh. David was the Chair of the AHA's Heart of Pittsburgh '21-'22 campaign. David is an Emeritus Board member of HEARTH and presently serves on the annual Tees & Traps Committee for HEARTH. David and his wife, Keri, live in Pine Township. They have two children - Connor and Bailey.

As Treasurer, Bill oversees the financial reporting and audit process and is responsible for the tax reporting and compliance of the Company. In addition, he is involved in the development of the financial and tax strategies. He also manages the treasury functions of the company including banking relationships. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Company. Bill joined the Company in 1983 as Assistant Treasurer after serving five years with the Company's independent accounting firm. In 1990, he was promoted to Treasurer and elected to the Board of Directors. Bill became Executive Vice President and Treasurer in 1996. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Robert Morris University, is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Jane Dixon

Jane Dixon is the President of Mount West Investments, a closely held real estate and private equity investment company. She is responsible for the evaluation of investment opportunities, works closely with the executive management teams, and serves on the board of various portfolio companies. Prior to her current role, Jane was the Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Iron City Sash & Door Company, one of the nation's largest distributors of Andersen Windows and other building products with 450 employees and seven distribution facilities. In her 15 years as Chief Financial Officer, she was responsible for the executive supervision of the business including accounting, finance, plant operations, human resources, legal, risk management, information technology, and new business ventures. Jane is the 2019 recipient of the Pennsylvania Principals Association's Service to Children Award for establishing the Montour Classroom Cupboard, the first district-wide food pantry in Western Pennsylvania. Jane is a graduate of Grove City College and is a certified public accountant. She has served as an adjunct professor and guest lecturer in the Entrepreneurship Program at Grove City College and is currently a member of the College's Business Advisory Group.

Mark Bookman

Mark Bookman was a Founding Partner of the law firm of Lovett Bookman Harmon Marks LLP, after having been a Partner for many years in the Pittsburgh office of Reed Smith. He is now "Of Counsel" at Lovett Bookman and his practice includes tax and estate planning, estate administration, charitable foundations and counseling public and private charities and corporate fiduciaries. He attended Boston University for his undergraduate education and graduated from Duke University School of Law. Mark is involved in civic and community activities and has served on several charitable Boards of Directors, a few of which are the American Respiratory Alliance of Western Pennsylvania, the Visiting Nurse Association, the Myasthenia Gravis Association and the Eco-Logic Development Fund. Mark and his wife, Marsha, reside in the Strip District of Pittsburgh.

Michael E. Kutzer

As Vice President - Real Estate Leasing & Development for The Buncher Company, Michael works with the Executive Committee to identify projects for development and ushers the projects through the design phase and entitlement stages to completion. As a member of the Buncher Management Committee and Investment Committee, Michael locates and recommends properties for both acquisition and disposition as well as negotiates sale, lease and partnership agreements with clients. Property types included under Michael's portfolio experience include office, retail, medical office, multi-family residential, laboratory and warehouse. Prior to joining The Buncher Company, Michael was a Vice President with Grubb & Ellis Global Real Estate and a Vice President of Apex Realty Advisors. Michael earned a Bachelor degree in Marketing from Duquesne University. He has also been a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Pennsylvania for 30 years. Michael serves on the Legislative Committee of BOMA and is an Emeritus Board Member of the Neighbors in the Strip. Michael and his wife, Melissa, live in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. They have three children: Logan, Luke and Lydia.

Richard E. Werner

Rich was hired by The Buncher Company is 2003 to serve as a Manager-Legal Services in the Legal Department. From 2003 to the present, Rich's roles and responsibilities expanded as he moved to the position of Vice President-Legal and to his current positions of Vice President, Corporate Secretary and General Counsel.

Thomas B. Grealish

Mr. Grealish is a graduate of Duquesne University with a B.S. in Business Finance and holds an Insurance Industry certification. He is President of the Mario Lemieux Foundation and Chairman of the Mario Lemieux Celebrity Golf Invitational, and is on the board of directors of the Pittsburgh Penguins, Duquesne University, the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership, as well as a council member of UPCI.

William R. Moore

William R. Moore is the Vice President - Property Management at The Buncher Company. William is responsible for the management and operations of the Buncher portfolio of Industrial, Warehouse, Office, and Retail properties. William has over 30 years' experience managing Healthcare, Research and Development, Office, Manufacturing and Warehouse facilities. He also plans and executes client and tenant construction, and maintenance programs. He received his MBA from Point Park University and has been with the company since 2015. William and his wife Cindy, live in Cecil Township and have two daughters, Melissa and Samantha, and two grandchildren, Owen and Reagan.
