First registered as an Incorporated Society in 1994, the New Zealand Institute of Building Surveyors (NZIBS) currently holds over 200 registered, transitional and student members across New Zealand. NZIBS offers core module training, events and publications to assist Registered Building Surveyors, and the wider industry, with providing the expert professional advice to inform a better built environment... Registered Building Surveyors work closely with industry professionals such as designers, engineers and contractors to offer a range of services from development monitoring and contract administration through to timber framing and/or weathertightness remediation consulting.
