Daniel Franco

Daniel Franco age 47, was born and raised in Heber, AZ and still resides there with his wife, Marcie and 5 daughters. (Heaven help him) He began hunting in 1988 and enjoys spending time with his family and friends in the outdoors. At the age of 17, Daniel called in and killed his first bull elk with a bow. He's been addicted ever since. Daniel's been guiding since 2004 and his true passion is bowhunting. He also loves big mule deer, calling coyotes, and shed hunting.

Devin Hancock

Devin Hancock age 34, is Mike's oldest son and gained his love for the outdoors while following in his fathers footsteps. He and his wife, Danielle have 3 kids and all of them love to hunt. Devin began guiding in 2008. He loves hunting! No matter the prey, he will spend as much time in the field as his wife and job will allow. J Lewis age 39, was raised in Show Low, AZ. He and his wife, JJ have 5 kids and enjoy spending time in the outdoors. J began guiding in 2005. J loves to chase rutting bulls in the fall, especially with his recurve. He also loves to hunt mule deer and coues, fishing with his family, long-range shooting, and traditional archery. But perhaps his true passion is hunting for elk sheds in the spring. (and he's dang good at it) Tyler "T" Lopez age 34, grew up and still resides in Snowflake, AZ. He and his wife of 5 years, Aleesa, have a son, Ledger. T began hunting with Mike Hancock and spent as much time outdoors learning the ropes. Early on, he developed a passion for hunting bull elk. When T was 18, he killed his first bull with a bow and was hooked. He loves being outdoors and helping others fulfill their passions in hunting. During the off season, T enjoys camping, riding his rzr, glassing, and picking up sheds. T can't wait until his son is older to share in his passion.

Mike Hancock

Mike Hancock age 52, was born and raised and remains in the White Mountains of Arizona. He grew up hunting with his family and friends. Mike has been married to his wife, Melissa for 33 years and has 4 children and 6 grandchildren. He is a dedicated family man and loves spending time with them. Mike loves to hunt elk. He also has a passion for sheep hunting. When Mike is not chasing elk, he is either calling turkeys or predators in the off season.
