For almost 20 years, Aysun Kuck has worked in the areas of promotion, coaching, media partnerships and client services with a number of interior design professionals across North America. She has been with Kimberley Seldon Design Group and Business of Design™ since 2003, currently as the Director of Promotion and Client Services.
As a facilitator, instructor and speaker, she trains sales staff in both Canada and the U.S., coaching on excellence in customer service and closing the sale. Aysun worked for 10 years in Human Resources with one of Canada's largest newspapers. She brings her experience and knowledge to companies who don't require a full-time HR department - yet still need HR. She teaches proper procedures for hiring/firing, employee contracts, performance evaluations and progressive discipline.
Cheryl Horne is Director of Operations for Business of Design®. She began with the company in 2007, working directly with Kimberley Seldon running live educational workshops and events for design professionals across Canada and the US. She was instrumental in moving Business of Design® training online in 2012, and now manages the international online membership platform and provides direction for the overall business strategy.
Through Business of Design®, Cheryl has had the opportunity to work with hundreds of design professionals around the world. Her business background, combined with her years of experience with the Business of Design® 15 Step Project Management Strategy has equipped Cheryl with the tools needed to provide excellent guidance on the implementation of various Business of Design®'s systems and strategies and best practices for business operations.
Cheryl has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Trent University and a background in Business Development, Finance, and Project Management. As an independent contractor, Cheryl works with entrepreneurs as a Fractional Business Development Manager, providing online business management, strategy, and website support services.
Janeen is the Program Manager for Business of Design®, and is responsible for developing program content for a variety of written, on-line and live BOD learning platforms. She has earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies from California State University, Long Beach, and a Master of Science degree in Leadership and Management from University of La Verne. She has worked for Business of Design in various roles since 2006.

Kimberley Seldon founded her design firm over two decades ago and gained her industry knowledge through consistently satisfying clients, streamlining business systems, improving staff retention and growing profitability. Mr. Goldberg is a seasoned, operationally focused, financial executive with a very diverse experience set including private and public equity financings, debt financing, banking relationships, public markets and regulatory affairs, and board/audit committee membership, across a wide variety of industries.
Tawny is freelance communications and marketing professional who has a passion for business operations. She has been specializing in Social Media marketing for almost a decade.
Tawny helps her clients with everything from marketing and social media, to content creation, writing, and general operational tasks. Her goal is to help her clients succeed.
