I have been designing custom homes in Jackson and surrounding areas for many years. I have an Associates Degree in Architecture and Computers from Lansing Community College, 1991. I worked as a computer draftsperson at an engineering firm in Jackson while attending L.C.C. After graduating, marriage, and following the birth of our daughter Hailey in 1994 I decided to try to go it on my own as a custom home designer. After applying for my DBA, I was chosen 1 of 5 new businesses in the Jackson area as a follow-up story by the Citizen Patriot that upcoming year. It was a great jump start for an inexperienced new entrepreneur, with the great building boom of the 90's. I was soon busy with many new clients.
