Alex has over 10 years of experience in financial and regulatory compliance. He advises a diverse range of individual and corporate clients in accounting and tax related matters. Alex also has extensive experience working with high-net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and their businesses, delivering creative tax and wealth planning solutions.
Alex graduated from New York Law School with a certificate in public service and is a licensed attorney in New York. He graduated cum laude from Skidmore College with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Business and a Minor in Economics.
John Yavroyan is a consultant at the firm. He has over 30 years of experience in accounting, tax and financial planning. Mr. Yavroyan primarily handles business management clients in the theatrical, literary and music industries. He graduated from the College of the City of New York and attended the Graduate Program in Business at the Baruch College majoring in Accounting. He is an ardent supporter of the arts in New York City and has been a contributor and active member of the Red Bull Theatre since 2005.
Martin Baharestani is the founder and managing partner of the firm. He has served as a trusted advisor to the firm's clients for multiple decades.
Rick Ritt has over 30 years of experience in the areas of taxation, accounting, auditing and business consulting. He services high net-worth individuals and businesses in various industries with tax compliance and planning. Mr. Ritt also specializes in assisting individuals and companies in computerizing their businesses including selection, implementation and training on various accounting systems. Mr. Ritt is licensed to practice in the state of New York. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lehman College and is an active member of both the American Institute and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Stewart specializes in tax planning, business consulting, and estate and trust services. Throughout his career he has provided services to high net worth individuals and small businesses across all industries.
Stewart co-authored a chapter in the Handbook of Budgeting, Sixth Edition, published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc. and is frequently cited in professional magazines including the CPA Journal. Stewart is an active member of the New York State Society of CPA's where he is co-chair of the annual conference for Closely Held and Flow Through Entities, serves on the technical hotline for Closely Held and S Corporations, and was the past Chairman of the Closely Held and S Corporation Committee. He is also a member of the AICPA. Stewart received a BS in accounting from Brooklyn College.
