Cabot & Rowe originated in Bucks County Pennsylvania where skilled craftsmanship has long been prized. Coming from a heritage of tradesmen, experienced mentors and a family which values hard work are the building blocks on which we rely on to this day. Cabot & Rowe came to Houston in 1994 to consult on the construction of a private home along Memorial Park. In short order we were hired on as the site supervisors, directing the day to day operations. Since then we have been working with some of those same talented contractors who hold the same work ethic of fair pricing for excellent craftsmanship... Unlike most contractors we do not take any money up front for labor. We get paid when you are happy. We do take deposits on special order materials. Locally obtained, common materials are only billed for the day they arrive at your home. On larger jobs we break the payments into sections (demolition, framing, plumbing….) then get paid when each section is complete. Our main business goal..
