Aoife, our office manager, joined our team in July 2021. She ensures the seamless operation of Capital Masters and plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial brokerage. Additionally, Aoife holds the distinction of being an Accredited Product Advisor (APA) in Loans and is our Mortgage Advisor. She provides guidance to our clients on their all their mortgage matters.

Daniela supports the smooth running of client accounts and company marketing. When not at the desk, Daniela is a pianist who performs classical music internationally. She is also a professional photographer.
Gerry is a founding partner at Capital Masters and leads the team which specialises in pensions and wealth management. He has a sharp ability to identity opportunities which enable clients to manage and control their financial assets. Prior to joining Capital Masters Gerry worked with Irish Life, Aviva Life and Pensions and ACC Bank as a Wealth Manager. When he is not at the desk, Gerry is a keen athlete and founder member of both North Sligo Athletic Club and Drogheda and District Athletic Club.
Mark is a Director of the company having joined in 2005, he is the son of Tom Rooney who originally set up the firm in 1987. Mark has a wealth of experience in all elements of financial planning specialising in the co-ordination of mortgages, lump sum investments, estate and retirement planning. He has over 25 years experience having worked previously for JP Morgan, Canada Life and Securitas Treasury Ireland Ltd. In the past he has served on the board of the Monasterboice Credit Union.
Natasha brings extensive experience in mortgages and expertise in investment and retirement planning, as well as expertise life & serious illness cover. She also brings understanding of client needs, having worked in industry for over 14 years. Apart from English, she is also fluent in Russian and Spanish, and has recently taken up Italian. When not at her desk or meeting a client, Natasha is an active volunteer in her community.

- Senior Financial Planning Advisor
Richie is a vastly experienced member of the team, giving both commercial and private client advice on mortgages, life & serious illness cover, investment and retirement planning. Prior to joining Capital Masters, Richie worked for Irish Life from 1990 until 1999 and then spent 18 years working in FBD, Dundalk where he was the Senior Financial Planning Advisor. As an ex League of Ireland footballer with Drogheda United, Richie is an avid soccer supporter.
Sarah joined Capital Masters in July 2021 with more than 7 years administration experience, having made the decision to undertake a new challenge and begin her career in the financial industry. She believes good communication and works hard in providing clients with the warmest welcome, attention and assistance to make the administration process as smooth as possible and free of stress. She currently working hard towards gaining her QFA qualifications. Outside of work Sarah loves spending time with family and travelling.
Stephen is our Asset Finance Manager here at Capital Masters. He has worked in various customer service roles throughout the years, he brings a new level to the meaning of fast paced customer service. When not at the desk, Stephen maintains his passion for health and fitness.
