Mr. Cook has been Technical Support Supervisor of Capital International Communications since 2002. Prior, he was employed by Clayco, Inc., Charter Communications and had internships with Sunnen Corporation, SBC, and the Urban League of St. Louis.
Mr. Cook received his BS degree in Computer Information Systems from Lincoln University of Missouri in 2003.
Dr. Cook began his telecommunications career at Southwestern Bell Telephone Company in 1976 as a fast track management trainee. Starting as a Sales & Service Manager, he rose through the ranks moving into the headquarters marketing and planning organization.
In his last position with Southwestern Bell, his responsibility included Market Planning and Product Development for the $2 billion Consumer Market which extended over a five-state region. In this position, his organization developed financial market projections, product implementation plans, sales force programs and recommendations for market planning and long-term allocation of corporate resources. Dr. Cook held various executive positions in the Southwestern Bell Telephone Company Marketing and Planning organizations. In 1995, Dr. Cook left Southwestern Bell Telephone Company to begin his own company.
Wilma has been Director of Operations of Capital International Communications (CIC) since 2004. Prior to CIC she was employed by the Parkway School District. Wilma is a training specialist having received her MS degree from University of Missouri-Columbia.
