Adam Rasmussen is the President and the third generation to work at C. A. Rasmussen, Inc. Growing up working for the company has been instrumental to Adam's career. After completing his degree at Arizona State University, Adam focused on estimating, project management and the equipment division. Adam has estimated and managed successful projects with Caltrans, Port of Los Angeles, County of Ventura and other agencies and private customers. Adam enjoys being outdoors skiing, snowboarding, wakeboarding, and spending time with his wife and twin children.
Charlie, like his father before him, has earned the respect of his employees and customers as an honest and hard-working man. He began working for the family company when he was fresh out of high school. During his career, he headed many of the company's public works projects, and brought its rail division to work as far away as Texas and Kansas. In his free time, Charlie enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing and chasing after his grandchildren.

Doug Misley is the Executive Vice President at C. A. Rasmussen, Inc. He supervises all office departments as well as field operations. Doug began with the company as an estimator and project engineer in 1989. Originally from Washington, he now lives in the South Bay with his wife and daughters. His Pacific Northwest roots make him a dedicated Seattle Seahawk/Mariner fan, and an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys mountain biking, fly fishing, working his bird dog, snow skiing and bow hunting, to name a few.

Jesus Garcia is the Chief Estimator at C. A. Rasmussen, Inc. He oversees the company's estimating department, and is responsible for all bids, budgets and proposals. Jesus began with the company as a project engineer in 2002. In his spare time, he enjoys watching professional soccer and spending time with family.

Lisa Punches serves as Controller and Corporate Secretary of C. A. Rasmussen, Inc. She supervises the company's contract administration, accounting and HR departments. Lisa began with the company as a contract administrator in 1991. She lives in Simi Valley with her husband and is busy putting their four children through college.

Tom Charon is the Operations Manager of C. A. Rasmussen, Inc. He supervises the company's complete field operations. Tom graduated from Arizona State University's construction management program and began with the company as a Project Engineer in 1997. He spends his free time putting his two sons through college, jogging and golfing.
