Doug Rose is the Chief Operating Officer of Unitech Consulting, LLC (D/B/A Chameleon Integrated Services) and serves on its Advisory Board.
Doug is responsible for oversight of Business Development and Capture, Strategy, Account Management, Information Technology and other company functions. As a member of the executive team, he reports directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer.
Doug has more than 23 years of Industry and Military experience across a wide variety of technology, intelligence, research and development, and management roles. Prior to joining Chameleon, Doug was the Lead Operations Planner for the Joint Force Headquarters, Department of Defense Information Networks (JFHQ-DoDIN).
Doug is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a veteran of the Air Force having worked in Information Operations, Intelligence (HUMINT, C5ISR, C2, SIGINT, cyber), and law enforcement. As a PhD Candidate and the holder of four advanced academic degrees, Doug was formally recognized for outstanding military service by the House of Delegates of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Doug is a member of the International Association for Intelligence Education, and he and his wife Pam have three children and currently live in the southern Maryland area.

Drew Acree is the President and co-Founder of Unitech Consulting, LLC (D/B/A Chameleon Integrated Services) and serves on its Advisory Board.
As President, Drew is responsible for the sales and operations of all classified and unclassified Federal contracts Chameleon supports as a prime or subcontractor. Drew interfaces with Government leadership and develops and executes strategic plans focused on helping the company meet long-term performance targets.
Prior to joining founding Unitech Consulting, Drew was in Business Development focused on IT managed services projects and staff augmentation. He has over 20 years in the IT Services industry.
Drew earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Washington University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Computer Information Services from Missouri State University. He serves on the Board of Directors for the University of Missouri St. Louis Adult Continuing Education Program and St. Louis Rockets Youth Hockey organization and lives in St. Louis, MO with his wife Lisa.

Jeff Kelley is the CEO of Unitech Consulting, LLC (D/B/A Chameleon Integrated Services) and serves on its Advisory Board.
As CEO, Jeff is responsible for the strategic vision, financial infrastructure, and all aspects of corporate operations. In addition, Jeff serves as an advisor for business development and customer relationship management.
Prior to joining founding Unitech Consulting, Jeff founded Interlock Resources, Inc. and was a partner/owner in other Information Technology firms. He has spent his entire career spanning over 35 years, in the IT Services industry.
Jeff earned an MBA and a Bachelor of Business & Information Technology from Wayne State University. He serves on the Board of Directors for Grand Center in St. Louis, Missouri, and lives in St. Louis, MO and Naples, FL with his wife Karen.
