Castle Island Partners has four principals residing in the Boston and Charlotte markets, and seeks to acquire companies that are easily accessed from these airports. We have been investing for over 15 years in distribution, manufacturing, software and service businesses in industrial and consumer sectors, ranging in EBITDA from $1 million to $50 million. At the lower of this size range, we are principally buying for our own accounts, whereas for larger deals we partner with large family offices and institutions, with whom we have collaborated in the past.
