Hagen joined the Company as our Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in May 2024. Prior to joining Allegro, Ms. Hagen served as Global Human Resources Business Partner for Cabot Corporation, a leading global specialty chemicals and performance materials company, from January 2021 until May 2024. Prior to that, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Wind River Environmental, LLC, a septic, grease, and wastewater services company, from 2019 through 2021. From 2014 through 2019, Ms. Hagen worked for OMNOVA Solutions Inc., a developer and manufacturer of emulsion polymers, specialty chemicals and building products in roles of increasing responsibility within the human resources organization. Ms. Hagen holds an M.S. in Positive Organization Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University and a bachelor's degree in organizational communications from Central Michigan University.

Max Glover, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, joined Allegro in 2019 with extensive industry experience, knowledge and relationships aligned with Allegro's core markets. In his current role, Max is responsible for leading Allegro's global sales organization to accelerate sales in all target markets, including emerging areas in automotive, datacenter/5G, and industrial applications. Prior to joining Allegro, Max served as the General Manager of the Automotive Sales Group at Intel Corporation and previously held sales leadership, sales, marketing and engineering roles over an 18-year tenure. Max holds a BSEE from the University of Cincinnati. He is an advocate for K-12 STEM education and has volunteered to advance efforts both locally and abroad.

Michael Doogue, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, joined Allegro in 1998 as a Design Engineer facilitating the development of Allegro's innovative speed and current sensor ICs. Since joining, Michael has enabled Allegro's disruptive technologies through his leadership roles as a Design Manager, Director of Strategic Marketing, Business Unit Director of Linear and Current Sensors, Vice President of Advanced Sensor Technologies and Senior Vice President of Technology and Products. Michael earned his B.A. in Physics from Colby College, B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Dartmouth and completed the SEP program at the Stanford University Graduate Business School. He holds over 75 U.S. patents.

Sharon Briansky, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, joined Allegro in 2021 with over 20 years of extensive in-house counsel and law firm experience. In her current role, Sharon is responsible for leading Allegro's corporate legal function. Prior to joining Allegro, Sharon served as the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Secretary at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Sharon holds her B.A. in Political Science from University of North Carolina and J.D. from Boston University School of Law.

Suman Narayan, Senior Vice President, Products, joined Allegro in 2021 with over 25 years of experience in semiconductor and embedded systems business. In his role, Suman is responsible for leading Allegro's Sensor Business Unit - shaping and executing business and product strategy. Prior to joining Allegro, Suman served as Sr. VP at Cyient Inc. In addition, he previously held various senior leadership roles at ON (Fairchild) Semiconductor as VP/GM of their Analog Power BU and at Texas Instruments, where he managed their Embedded processor business and launched the company's motor driver business. Suman holds his BS in Electronics and Communication Engineering from PSG College of Technology, MSEE from Iowa State University and MBA from the University of Texas. Vineet Nargolwala is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Allegro Microsystems and serves as a member of its board of directors. He has held these positions since June 2022. Allegro Microsystems (NASDAQ: ALGM) is a global leader in power and sensing semiconductor solutions for E-Mobility and Clean Energy applications. Through its innovations, Allegro is helping customers make breakthrough advancements in areas like advanced mobility, clean energy, and factory automation. Vineet brings over 25 years of experience leading automotive and industrial technology businesses and transforming them for growth. As CEO, Vineet is leading the Allegro team towards the next phase of its growth journey. Vineet also serves on the board of Brady Corporation (NYSE: BRC) and on its Audit and Finance committees. Prior to joining the Allegro, Vineet spent over nine years at Sensata Technologies in various executive roles and most recently served as Executive Vice President of Sensing Solutions- a $2B business group serving Industrial, Aerospace, Transport and Clean Energy markets. Prior to Sensata, he was with Honeywell International Inc. for almost a decade in business strategy and P&L leadership roles of increasing responsibility. He started his career as an electrical engineer working in wireless communications at Nortel Networks. Vineet earned an MBA from Cornell University, a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Maharaja Sayajirao University in Baroda, India.
