Amy comes to Chicago Sales Agency with 25 years of customer service/management experience. After managing the production department at Chicago Recording Co, followed by managing the creative department at FCB/Chicago, Amy returned to the electrical industry in 2010, with CEMCO. Amy joins our inside sales team focusing on quotes, order entry and follow up with our manufacturers.
20 years of experience in the Chicago Electrical Industry working primarily with major distributors and contractors in the Chicago marketplace. Highly energetic and motivated individual that takes pride in the many years of building very strong relationships and being a trusted resource within the Chicago electrical community.
Courtney is a respected and dedicated professional with over 5 years of customer service experience. During her three years working in the emergency eye wash and shower industry, she was promoted to Customer Service Team Lead and achieved the 2016 Employee of the Year award. She is highly skilled in written and verbal communication, and adaptability in a work environment.
Graduated cum laude from Marquette University, Courtney is committed to providing the same level of initiative and to upholding Chicago Sales Agency's already outstanding customer service standards.

Dominic has over 15 years of experience in the Chicago Electrical Industry, he worked 3 years as inside sales support and 10 years direct sales for Allied Tube & Conduit, a part of Atkore International. As an outside sales representative he worked closely with electrical distributors and contractors in the Chicagoland marketplace quoting, managing jobsite deliveries, stock deliveries, take-offs, RGA's, and educating the market on all the innovative and labor saving products that Atkore manufactures. He is dedicated to servicing the customer, building strong relationships, and growing business in the Chicago market.
A sales professional with 5 years of sales experience in the electrical industry with a focus on cable management solutions. Hubert has a great technical background which he uses to provide value to electrical distributors and contractors in the Chicagoland marketplace. He is an energetic, hard-working, reliable, and competitive individual with a strong work ethic. Hubert is very excited to be a part of the Chicago Sales Agency, and to continue to grow his career within the electrical industry.
Ludy has been in the electrical industry for 20 years. She has worked for numerous NEMRA representatives throughout Chicago, and has worked as a trusted inside liaison for many companies in the electrical industry. She has received numerous awards for her work ethic, professionalism, and reliability. Her main responsibilities are processing customer orders, quotes, handling RMA's, verifying billing and shipping discrepancies, and making sure the customer is the #1 priority each and every day.
Mark began his career in the Chicagoland Electrical Industry with Hanke Co. Inc. He worked in inside sales, then outside sales (Account Management) becoming President in 1995.
He merged Hanke Co with another rep in 2003 to form Consolidated Marketing Company (CEMCO), becoming President in 2010. Now joining Chicago Sales Agency, he'll provide many of the services.
He has for many years, collaborating with Engineering, Contracting and Distribution customers to increase sales for CSA.
31 years of commercial and industrial experience in sales and sales management in the electrical industry. March of 2017, Mike started a newly formed agency in Chicago solely focused on representing quality manufacturers and offering customers a much needed commercial agent to handle their fast paced and challenging customer demands. Past responsibilities include managing direct and independent representatives in the North Central Region for 17 years including managing the P&L for Atkore International's largest region with sales over $100 million. Mike is a proactive manager and team builder who believes in facing challenges head-on and willing to make tough business decisions. Mike always takes pride in his ability to build long lasting relationships throughout the electrical industry, and holds himself to the utmost integrity. Member of the Lake Michigan Club Board of Directors, Member of the Ground Hog Club, newly appointed member of The Chicago Electric Association Board of Directors, and most recently awarded the Chicago Electrical Industry Big Shillelagh for 2020.
Pat is beginning his career with Chicago Sales Agency after recently graduating from Loras College in 2023. As a member of the Men's Volleyball team at Loras, Pat has learned valuable skills such as effective communication, attention to detail and being a team player. Pat is looking forward to learning everything the electrical industry has to offer and is excited to contribute to the team in any way.
