Mr. Roberts' current practice includes representation of creditors, debtors, and trustees in bankruptcy related matters throughout Texas. Mr. Roberts was a chapter 7 panel trustee for the Western District of Texas, Austin Division for over 20 years. He has also served as a court-appointed chapter 11 trustee, receiver, and examiner. Mr. Roberts also represents clients in real estate sale and purchase transaction and general business matters.
