Cindy covers the roles of bookkeeping, accounting and finance. Originally from New York, she has much affection for her adopted Virginia home.

Joining our team in July 2018, Doug manages all websites and digital sales channels. With a 15-year music industry background, the University of North Alabama grad brings a wealth of experience in branding, marketing and content creation from his desk in Lawrenceburg, TN.
Izzy focuses on custom orders by delivering essential project details, art revisions, and pricing information to clients. Fun, new product and design ideas are her specialty.
Joining our team in July 2022, Kelli keeps high-demand projects running smoothly with her attention to detail. Her eye for design is often utilized to take projects from good to great.
Joining our team in October 2023, this Florida Bible College graduate and 35-year U.S. Army combat veteran loves to spend time with his family adventuring in the mountains of Virginia. In the office, Rick keeps a pulse on all project details from start to finish, prioritizing customer service and successful delivery.
Joining our team in December 2022, Sam assists in all warehouse and fulfillment activity.
