Mr. Ignatowski brings over 30 years of experience in the plastics industry. Known for his ability to grow and transform companies, Ignatowski specializes in new business development, marketing, branding, operations and bringing positive change to corporate infrastructure and culture.
Jeff lives in a suburban Detroit where he enjoys watersking, snow skiing, live music and sports with his two boys (19 and 21). Jeff personally enjoys woodworking, home improvement projects and "Technology Gadgets".

Matt McDermott has worked for Champion Plastics since 2000. During that time, he has served in a variety of roles ranging from quality, logistics and production. Current, he manages the day-today operations of the company.
He enjoys golf, officiating high school and college basketball, and spending time with his family.
Mike started in the plastics industry before even entering high school. He "tagged along" with his Father and founder of Champion Plastics (Terry McDermott) working evenings and weekends. Upon graduating from Central Michigan University, he realized his lifelong dream to work along side his dad. Mike's brother (Matt) joined the company a few years later and they are very proud of the company they built with much help from Champion's dedicated employees.
