As Vice President Cecilia Jung oversees corporate marketing and accounting operations of the company's entire 19+ million square foot portfolio. She is also responsible for directing and coordinating corporate legal matters. In this role, she adds value by working with all departments and personnel in the company to draw best resolutions. Experience With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate industry, Cecilia strives for operational excellence. She possesses a diverse set of real estate industry competencies, including property management, investment sales, real estate service firms M&A and brokerage management/operations. Prior to joining the Charles Dunn Company, Cecilia worked at CBRE, DTZ and Insignia/ESG. Additionally, she earned the 2007 TOBY Award and placed 1st in the 2017 IAIP Confidence While Communicating SoCal Speak Off series. Education Cecilia received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Sangmyung University and completed Accounting Principles, Real Estate Investment Analysis and Marketing Principles courses at UCLA.

Jerry Wang

Jerry holds designations of Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Shopping Center Manger (CSM), Real Property Administrator (RPA), Facilities Management Administrator (FMA), and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He has been a California Real Estate Broker since 1986. Jerry is an independent court appointed Receiver and a Consultant for Charles Dunn Company. Experience Jerry has over 40 years of real estate experience in brokerage and property management. He works with clients ranging from individuals to corporations overseeing their real estate assets of over 10 million square feet in all product types. Jerry has also successfully handled over 250 court receivership cases. Education Jerry received his Bachelor of Science in Forestry in Taiwan.

Lynne Miller - SVP

As a Senior Vice President, Lynne Miller oversees office, medical, industrial, and retail portfolios. Her responsibilities include the supervision of property managers in all aspects of management of each portfolio's day-to-day operations, capital and tenant improvements, lease negotiations and financials in addition to client relations, property management consulting, and new business transitions. Experience With over 25 years of property management experience, Lynne has directly managed several class A properties and portfolios throughout Greater Los Angeles. Prior to joining Charles Dunn Company, Lynne managed a 1.4 million square foot office building and parking garage in downtown Los Angeles for over seven years for Maguire Properties. From 1998 to 2006, she managed several office, industrial and medical buildings in the Greater Los Angeles area for PM Realty Group and Arden Realty, Inc., and Cushman & Wakefield. He is able to quickly identify risks and value opportunities and reposition properties to create value. Prior to joining Charles Dunn, Nathan was a senior manager overseeing a diverse portfolio of real estate investments for private real estate investment companies. Education Nathan attended the University of California, Berkeley where he received his BA in architecture, before obtaining his MBA at the University of Southern California.

Patrick Conn - President

As President, and principal of the firm, Patrick Conn is responsible for the management and operation services for the Charles Dunn Company third party real estate portfolio. He currently oversees the management of approximately 19+ million square feet of office, retail, multi-family, and industrial space located primarily in California. Experience Patrick is a results-driven real estate executive with over 25 years of experience in asset management, leasing, sales, property management, development and capital markets. Having both a strategic view as well as strength in tactical execution, he is able to identify value add opportunities for the firm's clients and capitalize on those opportunities. Prior to joining Charles Dunn Company, he was Vice President for ING Realty Partners, a real estate investment company sponsored by ING Group, a global financial institution. At ING, Patrick was a member of the investment team in Los Angeles responsible for the management and disposition of commercial real estate assets. Education Patrick attended Claremont McKenna College where he received a BA in Economics and International Relations, before obtaining his MBA at the University of Southern California. Patrick is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California, is LEED® AP certified and serves on the Board of Directors at St. Anne's.
