Quickly out growing its first store and moving to the current location in 1994. Since its inception Chain Reaction has been a leader in quality, range and service to the Sydney area and beyond... Recently the store has become Australia first Shimano Service Centre and provides the best workshop (including Bike spa) for our customers and their bikes. We have an open workshop so clients can see our mechanics in action as they complete bike builds and repairs. Our workshop staff have factory training and specific tooling to get even the most intricate work completed correctly... The Staff at Chain Reaction has a combined experience of over 200 years in the bicycle industry, with staff members ranging from recreational riders right through to international and Olympic level. Our staff and their experience can help you to find the right products for your riding style.
