Dana J. Swan

Mr. Swan was born in Robstown, Texas. He was admitted to the bar in 1985. He received a B.A. from the University of Texas in Austin, an M.B.A. in 1973 and a J.D. in 1985, both from the University of Mississippi. Mr. Swan is a member of the Coahoma County Bar Association, the Mississippi State Bar and the Mississippi Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Swan joined Chapman Lewis & Swan and became a partner in 1990. Mr. Swan's primary areas of practice are personal injury law, insurance law and federal jurisdiction.

Daniel M. Czamanske, Jr

Dan Czamanske attended the University of Missouri, Columbia receiving a B.S.B.A. in 1986 and his JD in 1989. He is admitted to practice in the following states: Missouri, 1989; Illinois, 1992; Mississippi, 1998 and Tennessee, 2001. Mr. Czamanske is admitted to practice in the federal courts of the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri, Southern District of Illinois, Northern District of Mississippi, Supreme Court of Mississippi, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Czamanske joined Chapman, Lewis & Swan in 2000 as an associate. His primary areas of practice are General Civil Litigation, Products Liability, Medical Malpractice, Premises Liability, Commercial Litigation, Construction Litigation and Employment Law. He is active in the local community. He coaches in the youth soccer league and regularly serves as a volunteer to speak to local school children about the legal profession. Oliver Clark

Oliver Clark, Jr. was born in Clarksdale, Mississippi. After graduating High School, he attended Tennessee State University where he earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science. He received a Master of Legal Studies Degree from Southern Illinois University in 2008. He also received his Juris Doctor Degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2012 where he was a member of the Moot Court Board Mock Trial Division. While in Law School he received the Thurgood Marshall Award and the Julius A. & Norman H. Johnson Scholarship. Oliver joined Chapman, Lewis and Swan as Associate in 2012 His primary area of practice is General Civil Litigation. Oliver is admitted to practice law in all states courts of Mississippi and Tennessee. He is a member of the Coahoma County Bar Association, The Mississippi Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association. He is also an active member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.

Ralph E. Chapman

Ralph E. Chapman was admittedto the bar in 1974. He received a B.A. in 1972 from Mississippi State University and a J.D. in 1974 from the University of Mississippi. Ralph E. Chapman founded and is a named partner of CHAPMAN, LEWIS & SWAN in Clarksdale, Mississippi. He was a Captain in the U.S.A.R. and has over 30 years as an IFR multi-engine aircraft pilot rating. Mr. Chapman is a nationally acclaimed trial lawyer who has practiced personal injury trial law for more than 37 years. Mr. Chapman represents plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death actions involving aviation, crashworthiness, ATV litigation, watercraft litigation, consumer fraud, product liability and railroad law. Mr. Chapman has helped individuals receive the maximum compensation for their injuries and helped families recover for the deaths of their loved ones.
