Anthony comes to Chartwell Escrow with over 20 years of escrow experience. A dedicated professional, he began his career as a receptionist and quickly worked his way to becoming an Escrow Officer. He has spent the last 15 years as a highly successful San Diego Branch Manager. Anthony is passionate about delivering an exceptional service experience to all of his clients. He believes that concise communication will help to alleviate the stress that can come with purchasing a home. His meticulous focus on the often-complex details of a transaction ensures that deals consistently close on time with the highest degree of client satisfaction. His devotion to his clients' success has allowed him to cultivate a longtime loyal following. Candace began her escrow career over twenty years ago. She specializes in single & multi-family residential sales, commercial transactions, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, probate transactions, short sales, trust sales & refinances. Candace has also been a Notary Public since 2004.
Outside of the office, Candace is the mother of two sons, and you can find her spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, watching her youngest son play baseball, and being incredibly proud of her oldest son's academic accomplishments.
She is also a board member of the school PTA and an LA Kings Hockey fan.

Diane Anthony comes to Chartwell Escrow with over 20 years of experience as a top producing affiliate in the real estate industry. Her extensive experience in the home protection and natural hazard industries affords her the unique ability to understand the many sides of a successful real estate transaction.

Embarking on her journey in the escrow industry at the age of 21, Gaby initially started as a receptionist before swiftly transitioning to an assistant role. The pivotal moment came in 2016 when she assumed responsibility for running her own desk-an opportunity for which Gaby will remain eternally grateful.
Outside of Gaby's professional endeavors, her family takes precedence in her life, particularly her involvement in her children's sports activities. Actively engaged in community service, Gaby volunteers with the Rosemead Rebels, a local football and cheer program, as well as contributes her time to support her son's high school football team. The joy of helping others and giving back resonates deeply with Gaby, making her work in escrow all the more fulfilling.

Jason Annotti has worked in the real estate industry for over 19 years and has a background in accounting, finance, business law and marketing. Jason has been an Escrow Officer and the Manager since the opening of the Chartwell Escrow office located in Pasadena, California. The range of escrow transactions handled include hotels, multi-family apartments buildings, commercial/industrial buildings, development / home tracts, single family homes, condominiums, short sales, hard money loans and refinances. His portfolio of clients has continually grown over the years to include some of the largest holders of property in the Los Angeles area. Through great service, proper escrow management and referrals Jason's business and reputation has grown continually.
Jeff has been with Chartwell since the inception of the company in 2009. Throughout his time with Chartwell he has had a passion for learning the escrow trade and leading the company forward through procedural and technological advances. He brings a wealth of experience from a technological point of view as well as vision and experience when it comes to escrow and its related processes.
Jennifer Barnes brings over 20 years of escrow experience to Chartwell Escrow. She is an expert at closing a wide variety of deals including trusts and probate. Jennifer believes that exceptional service is key to providing a seamless closing. She is extremely dedicated to her clients and consistently works to close transactions with integrity, transparency and open communication. Jennifer is proud to have earned the loyalty of her vast client base and is grateful for their support. Jennifer Stipe brings over 30 years of experience to the Carlsbad Branch of Chartwell Escrow handling every type of escrow transaction. She is a Certified Senior Escrow Officer and has been a Leader in the escrow industry by serving as a Past President and Board Member of the North San Diego County and Riverside County Escrow Associations. She stays educated and informed by maintaining membership in the national, state and local Escrow Associations and by attending escrow classes and conferences on a regular basis. She is a respected trainer and educator in the escrow community. In addition to running a successful escrow desk for much of her career, she has held the positions of Director of Operations and Compliance Officer for some of the largest escrow companies in Southern California. She prides herself on being an excellent communicator, problem solver and makes the entire escrow process from start to finish a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties involved. Jennifer lives in Carlsbad with her Husband Tim, who she has been married to for over 33 years.

Her time in this challenging role provided Melinda with the opportunity to gain a unique insight into customizing the escrow experience to best serve all parties involved.

Peter specializes in residential and commercial re-sale, new construction, probate and trust escrows. He has handled thousands of escrows spanning from the first time home buyers; to new construction for builders; to high profile clients in the entertainment industry. Vanessa began her escrow career in 1998 and climbed to the rank of Escrow Officer in 2005. During that time she perfected her escrow skills doing transactions from Sacrament to San Diego. Vanessa continued her career as Branch Manager / Escrow Officer in the San Gabriel Valley focusing on the areas of Pasadena, La Cañada Flintridge, and the City of Los Angeles. She specializes in residential, REO, co-op sales, and commercial escrow transactions.
Vanessa lives in Eagle Rock with her husband, Nelson, and two sons. She loves to travel, go to the movies and eat delicious food.
Vince comes to Chartwell from Orange County, where he served as vice president at North American Title. There, he was responsible for notably increasing the company's revenue over the past two-and-a-half years, doubling the staff and increasing market share by 152 percent. In 2014, Vince was hired by Corinthian Title and was solely responsible for launching Legacy Escrow from the ground up. From 2008 through 2012, Vince held executive roles at First American and also served as a board member. In 2010, First American purchased the remainder of The Heritage Escrow Company and elected Vince as president and CEO of the company. He successfully led the company for two years until asked to head a new division for default services.
A graduate of University California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science, Vince is active in volunteering in the community, enjoys yoga and golf, and is an avid reader.

Wendy began her escrow career in 2001 and specializes in Residential Sales, Probate & Trust Sales, Refinances, and is a Notary Public. Wendy grew up here in the San Gabriel Valley and attended Temple City High School. She attended a semester at Mt. SAC, and moved on to Humboldt State University, where she majored in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration.
Wendy loves to problem solve. She is a creative thinker and loves a challenge. In her free time, she stays busy traveling with friends and family playing Ingress, scrapbooking and crafting. Her family was featured in an LA Weekly story in 2014 about the game Ingress.

Zack Tenney is a born-and-raised Southern California local who brings an in-depth knowledge of real estate sales to Chartwell Escrow. As a UCLA grad with years of experience in the field, he has deep relationships throughout the state and prides himself on maintaining each one with care and consideration. Zack is also an active of member of the Malibu Association of Realtors, through which he was voted "Affiliate of the Year" after only his first year in the escrow industry.
Personally, and professionally, Zack's core belief is in doing good simply for the sake of good. He approaches every situation by absorbing as much information as possible in order to determine a solution of the highest caliber and integrity.
With his free time, Zack values nothing more than time spent with his family and friends. His hobbies include the culinary arts, any activity at or near the beach, and exercising through the sports of golf and ice hockey.
