Cathy is a certified health and life insurance broker and has been in the HR/PEO industry for over 20 years. She oversees CHR's benefits department, where she leads the charge to improve internal processes and procedures. Cathy works directly with clients to implement competitive benefits packages that best suit the needs of their staff. She is CHR's PRISM expert and is happy to help her colleagues and clients with anything PRISM-related.
Cathy loves to read - especially dystopian novels - and counts The Handmaid's Tale among her favorite books. She is an enthusiastic gardener and is happiest when she can end the season with way too many tomatoes plus lots of blackberries and raspberries.

Christie is responsible for managing the CHR payroll team, payroll implementation, and system updates due to legislation and calendar year changes. She works diligently to onboard our clients to ensure they have a great experience with CHR.
Christie has music in her blood in part because her parents had a band when she was growing up. A talented singer, she loves putting on pretend concerts with her 4-year old as her enthusiastic backup dancer.

Derek leads the company's business development and partnership initiatives and is responsible for scaling CHR operations to effectively support its growing client base.
He is an active member and past president of the Paramus Sunrise Rotary club where he received the Walter D. Head Fellowship Award for outstanding service to the Rotary organization and the community. An avid golfer, Derek will play any course and has played all over the world. He credits his semester studying abroad in Australia for his love of Vegemite sandwiches.

Ivonne loves helping out clients and fulfilling their needs. Whatever they need, she makes it happen. Ivonne also assists with business development and has a good working knowledge of PRISM.
Ivonne is passionate about her family. Cooking for her people makes her happy and the spicier the dish, the better: rigatoni bolognese fra diavolo, homemade chili, and salsa are favorites on her menu. She also enjoys travel and is always planning her next getaway.

Karen play a key behind-the-scenes role overseeing our HRIS and Payroll functions. Karen comes to CHR with considerable experience in the payroll and tax fields. She has developed and implemented payroll systems for small to large-scale enterprises. She has also earned and maintained the CPP credential from the American Payroll Association since 2018, demonstrating her proficiency and knowledge in payroll practices and regulations.
Most recently, she led the payroll department at NEMR Total HR, a PEO services provider. There, she collaborated cross-departmentally to establish SOPs for payroll processes, oversaw both payroll and HRIS teams, and implemented payroll systems for new clients.

Karen is known for her warmth and personal touch as she advises both CHR and our clients on matters concerning employees, including employee hiring, discipline and termination practices. She works closely with CHR clients to draft employee handbooks, and conducts training sessions for management and employees on discrimination and harassment in the workplace, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other applicable laws.
Karen loves everything football and has been known to run a few fantasy football teams each season. She is a big Giants fan, an avid golfer, and pretty much loves all sports - except soccer, which puts her to sleep.

Mandi ensures payrolls are processed correctly each month. She also assists with bill paying and other bookkeeping tasks for CHR.
Mandi hangs out with her friends and dogs in her spare time. She loves helping people and giving back and serves as a Recovery Specialist for OORP (Opioid Overdose Recovery Program). She is also a licensed real estate agent.
