Brad Nelson is an appraiser trainee who is working toward becoming a licensed appraiser with the goal of becoming a certified appraiser. Brad graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, Majoring in Business Administration and joined Chudnow Druck Valuation in 2021. Brad will be focused on properties located in Dane, Green, and Rock Counties and includes work for mortgage lenders, investors, and private clients.
Charles has been performing real estate appraisals in southeastern Wisconsin for over 16 years. For the last eight years Charles has focused most of his time in Waukesha County. His expertise in this location includes all types of complex assignments from high-end lake homes to homes on large acreage and everything in between. Charles is currently a Certified Residential Appraiser.
Christina Ploetz is a certified real estate appraiser in Wisconsin. Christina graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater with a degree in Education. After 12 years of teaching, Christina's true passion for anything relating to real estate led her to change career paths. She has been active in the appraisal industry since 2012. Her coverage area mainly focuses on properties located in Milwaukee County and includes work for mortgage lenders, investors and private clients.
Donald Minkey has been a residential real estate appraiser in southeast Wisconsin for over 21 years. His primary markets over that time include Waukesha county, northwest Milwaukee county, and Wauwatosa, with some experience in Washington county and other areas in Milwaukee county. With a primary focus in northern and western Waukesha county, he has had considerable experience with lake homes and higher end complex properties. In addition to being a supervising appraiser at Chudnow Druck Valuation, Don is also approved for both FHA and VA appraisals.

Donna Matti is a certified residential appraiser, active in the industry since 1988. Her experience includes valuation assignments for mortgages, municipalities, Wisconsin Department of Transportation, attorneys and private owners. In addition to being the Chief Residential Appraiser at Chudnow Druck Valuation, she is also qualified as an FHA and VA Appraiser.
Jack Schlosser is an appraisal trainee working towards becoming a certified general appraiser. Before joining Chudnow Druck in 2020, Jack worked as a commercial appraisal reviewer. Jack grew up in Milwaukee and graduated from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in 2014.
Janell has worked for Chudnow Druck Valuation, Inc. since the company's infancy. She started as an administrative assistant and part-time appraiser. Soon her position evolved to full-time administration and office manager wearing the many hats required in a small business atmosphere; including accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll. Her time is shared in similar capacities with sister company, Heritage Valuation Services, LLC and parent company Silverman Druck Realty Advisors, Inc.
JoAnn has worked for Chudnow Druck Valuation for over 26 years. During that time she has been overseeing all of the day to day operations of Chudnow Druck Valuation. She is proficient at entering orders, sending orders to clients and order management. She takes pride in her job and reviews orders and appraisals to make sure that clients receive quality and timely appraisals. She strives to maintain the quality and commitment to our clients for which Chudnow Druck Valuation is known.
Joe Reinhard is a licensed appraiser and a longtime resident of the Madison area. He joined Chudnow Druck Valuation in the fall of 2014, and has been active in the appraisal industry since early 2012. Joe has performed services for a wide range of property types located all across south central Wisconsin. With a background in finance and sales management, and complimentary experience as a practicing licensed real estate salesperson, he brings unique perspective to every valuation service and first-hand knowledge of the needs his clients and their customers have in meeting critical deadlines and maintaining challenging timetables.
John Cychosz is a certified real estate appraiser that grew up in the Milwaukee area and has been appraising in the southeastern Wisconsin area for over 17 years. John has experience with diverse types of properties and market conditions.
Johnny Bell is an inspector for Chudnow Druck Valuation. Johnny provides exterior and interior pictures for clients primarily in Racine, Milwaukee and Kenosha counties.
Jonathan Brill has been involved in the real estate industry for nearly his entire life growing up within a family of custom home builders, subdividers, property investors, and real estate brokers. He is a licensed residential appraiser in the state of Wisconsin and also holds a license as a real estate salesperson. Graduating with a bachelor's degree in business accounting, he consistently applies his acquired analytical skills in his appraisals. His extensive experience from the intertwining roles as an appraiser and real estate agent has enabled Jonathan to develop an effective skill set and knowledge to best serve clients with their appraisal needs - always with the highest standards and respect."
Joshua Druck is a certified residential real estate appraiser in Wisconsin and has been active in the appraisal industry since 2000. Josh graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee in 1998 with a degree in history. In addition to being a supervisory appraiser at Chudnow Druck Valuation, Josh specializes in high end homes on Milwaukee's North Shore.
Lance Martin is a certified real estate appraiser who has been with Chudnow Druck Valuation since 2003. Lance works predominantly in Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Sheboygan and Washington counties. Lance specializes in the Milwaukee condominium market and is sought out by lenders, realtors, attorneys and private parties to perform complicated appraisals for some of the most high end units in the city, and he routinely appraises properties in excess of a million dollars. He is also well versed in higher end lakefront properties throughout Milwaukee, Ozaukee and Sheboygan counties.
Leigh Anne Anderson is a certified real estate appraiser in Wisconsin. Leigh Anne started her appraisal career in Michigan. After 8 years of being the office manager of an appraisal firm, Leigh Anne realized her real interest was becoming a residential appraiser. She has been active in the appraisal industry since 2004. Her coverage area mainly focuses on properties located in Fond du Lac & Winnebago Counties and includes work for mortgage lenders, investors and private clients.
Matthew Patten is an appraisal trainee at Chudnow Druck Valuation. Matt has worked in the appraisal industry for nearly twenty years and currently specializes in residential and commercial evaluations as well as administrative appraisal reviews.
Maura Sullivan is a certified residential appraiser with thirteen years of experience in the appraisal industry. She was first licensed in 2006. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee with a BA in History. While currently focusing on the Metro Milwaukee urban market, Maura has experience with all types of residential property appraisal, and continues to expand and develop her knowledge of the southeastern Wisconsin real estate markets.
McKenna VanAcker is an appraiser trainee who is working toward becoming a licensed appraiser with a long term goal of becoming a certified general appraiser. McKenna graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2019 and joined Chudnow Druck Valuation in 2018 as an intern.
Michael Gallun is a certified residential appraiser at Chudnow Druck Valuation. Mike has worked at Chudnow Druck Valuation since 2019. Michael is also an FHA appraiser.
Michael is a certified real estate appraiser and has been active in the real estate appraisal industry since 2007. Michael received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin - Parkside in 2004. He has been employed with Chudnow Druck Valuation since 2007-2008. Michael is both FHA and VA-certified and performs appraisals in both Ozaukee and Milwaukee County, as well as Racine County. His experience includes all types of appraisal assignments, including single-family, condos, new construction, multi-family properties, REOs, land, complex/high-end properties, evaluations, as well as private party appraisals and review work.. In addition to being a supervising appraiser at Chudnow Druck Valuation, Mike has also testified as an expert witness for the City of Milwaukee.
Nicholas Kaplan is a licensed residential appraiser at Chudnow Druck Valuation and is actively working towards becoming a certified general appraiser. Nicholas graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2020 and joined Chudnow Druck Valuation after graduating.
Nicole Koceja is a certified real estate appraiser in Wisconsin, with over twenty years of appraisal experience. Nicole has worked for Chudnow Druck Valuation since November of 2000. She performs appraisal services on all types of properties, in Milwaukee, Waukesha and Jefferson Counties. Nicole is a qualified FHA and VA appraiser and has worked for a variety of financial institutions, attorneys and private individuals.
Sherri Zimmerman is a certified residential appraiser. Sherri graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She moved to Wisconsin in 1988 and received her appraisal license in 1992. After several years in the appraisal business, she left to pursue other opportunities. Sherri returned to the business and began working for Chudnow Druck Valuation in 2002.
Sue Cantwell is a Certified Residential Appraiser. She began began her real estate career 35 yearrs ago in new home construction sales and became a Wisconsin Real Estate Broker in 1987, Licensed Appraiser in 2004, and Certified Residential Appraiser in 2008. Since 2010 Sue has focused on residential appraisal in southeast Wisconsin. Since joining Chudnow Druck Valuation Sue has added southcentral Wisconsin to her service area. She offers a variety of appraisal experience in purchase, refinance, REO/Distress, and retrospective assignments.

William Druck is the President and Managing Director of Chudnow Druck Valuation. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, School of Business, Bill worked as a Property Appraiser for the City of Milwaukee Tax Commission, as the Statutory Assessor for the Villages of Shorewood and Whitefish Bay and as an Instructor of Real Estate Appraisal and Property Assessment Law and Administration for the Waukesha County Technical College. In 1989, Bill Druck and Donald Chudnow, SRA formed Chudnow Druck Valuation, which grew into one of the largest residential real estate appraisal companies in Wisconsin. Bill currently serves on the WMBA Single Family Mortgage Production Committee and served for over 10 years on the Board of Directors of the Brewery Credit Union in Milwaukee.
