He was approached and hired by a large Blues plan in the Northwest, serving as their Senior Medical Officer for six years. During his tenure, Dr.Rogers held the positions of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer then Executive Vice President- External Affairs. In 2001, Dr. Rogers was nominated and awarded "Physician of the year" by the Washington Home Care Association. Dr.Rogers is a renowned specialist in the field of Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Disease. Dr. Terry Rogers, CEO, has over 35 years experience in healthcare, including a practicing physician (in both the public and private sectors) and health insurance executive.

Cameron Strong, President, CJET Global Consulting Inc., is an experienced Healthcare executive and consultant with deep experience in both the public and private sector payer markets. Mr. Strong is a former Vice President of Member Services (900 staff) for a $1 billion company. During his tenure, and under his leadership, grew to become the largest health insurer in Washington State(serving over 1.2 million members and over 5,000 groups). In this role, he was responsible for Claims Processing, Customer Services, Membership Accounting, E-Business Commerce, and Business Systems for all lines of business and eight locations throughout the State. Mr.Strong has extensive experience as Principal Contracting Officer and Chief of Procurement at the national headquarters of a federal health care agency responsible for worldwide administration of a federal health benefits program. He also served in contractor oversight roles as Chief of Contractor Performance Standards and Measurement, as well as Senior Contractor Performance Evaluator. He also has experience in delivering health care services while serving in the military in roles as assistant hospital and clinic (medical & dental) administrator in numerous locations. Mr. Cameron Strong, President & COO, has over 35 years experience in healthcare, including leadership roles as hospital and clinic administrator, healthcare insurance executive (in both the public and private sectors) as well as a management consultant.
