Hugh is a Partner with Hogan & Associates, Chartered Accountants. Hogan & Associates specialise in the provision of services to companies engaged in the high-tech sector. Prior to Hogan & Associates, Hugh worked with Merrion Corporate Finance where he focused on technology fundraisings, mergers and acquisitions. Hugh graduated from UCD with a Bachelor in Business & Legal Studies in 1995 and completed a Masters in Accountancy in 1996. He qualified as a chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dublin working mainly in the Audit and Business Advisory department.

Mary is co-founder and CTO of Cicero Networks. Mary has almost thirty years experience in the design and development of software program products for international markets. Previously, Mary was a Board Director and CTO of Soft-ex where she was responsible for redevelopment of their market-leading telephony management systems. Prior to Soft-ex, Mary was senior technical architect in IBM Ireland's Software Laboratory. Mary was named on patents filed during her time with IBM and Softech. Mary holds a B.Sc from University College Dublin.

Ross is co-founder and CEO of Cicero Networks. He has over twenty years experience in the international software industry. Ross was formerly head of sales and marketing with Exaxe, where as a member of the senior management team he was responsible for expanding the company's operations across international markets. Ross has also held management positions with Accenture, Misys and Flexicom. Ross holds a B.Comm from University College Dublin.
