Since we opened our doors in 2004, it has been our pleasure to serve those who share our vision for Siesta Key's finest eatery, Clayton's Siesta Grille. We are dedicated to surpassing your expectations by providing a great location, a remarkable atmosphere, and delicious menu items that appeal to both locals and visitors alike... Clayton's Siesta Grille's success has allowed us to indulge in some dreams that extend beyond our restaurant. Since 2005, we have organized an annual golf tournament with the proceeds going to Practicing Good Decisions, a three-time award-winning reading and mentor program that supports over 1,100 schoolchildren in our community... We are committed to helping the environment and have implemented several eco-friendly measures at our restaurant, including oil, cardboard, glass, and plastic recycling programs. We also convert vegetable oil into biodiesel fuel and have installed high-efficiency equipment and lighting.
