Brad is a very hands on owner and has been since taking over the business from his father in 1996. Always puts the customer first and will work tirelessly to make things right.
James Townley has been with Coachcraft since June, 2019. Originally from the Finger Lakes region of western NY. Been in the RV industry in various rolls for 14 years to include RV sales, Customer Service Manager and Sales Manager. Believes that customer service, open communication and a friendly atmosphere are the keys to maintaining a successful business.
Jayne started with Woodcraft in May, 2019. She comes to us with 25 years office and accounting experience. She is responsible for all office procedures an implementation of policies and uses her organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment.
"Little John" is a graduate from Columbus Technical College and has been working with us since 2016. He has become an important asset to our company.
With a background in heavy equipment and light wheel mechanics, Marlon came to us in September, 2021. He continues to so an amazing job. A fantastic addition to our team.
Mary started with Woodcraft in May, 2022. She may be a new addition, but is quickly learning the ropes and will be glad to help you get to the proper person to best help you.
Philip Lambertus has been with Coachcraft since 2000. Philip has been a top technician for many years and is also now our parts manager.
Shaun joined us in March, 2021 with an RV background from Elkhart, IN. He is working as a technician and continues to grow and learn.
