Ann was born and raised in Oxnard and currently lives in Ventura. She loves spending time with her three adult daughters and extended family and friends. She has helped clients since 2008 with all types of properties including probate/trust sales, short sales, bank owned properties. Wide range of knowledge and experience makes her an asset to clients. Beth Stanford has been with Coastal View Property Management since 2010. She comes to us with a wide variety of background experience as an office manager. She brings a personable, professional approach to managing our office and interacting with our owners and tenants. Beth has a background in accounting, customer service, and general office skills. She has eleven years of bookkeeping within property management.
Carolyn was born and raised in Ventura County. After recently transitioning from the insurance industry, Carolyn is excited to join our team and helping clients with both property management and real estate needs. Danny was born and raised in Ventura. He attended college at the University of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where he received his Bachelor's degree. After college he returned to Ventura where he currently resides. He is highly motivated and passionate about real estate. He owns multiple properties himself and has been helping clients with their real estate needs since 2019. Danny enjoys getting to know people, so please feel free to say hello and share a story. Doug has lived in Ventura County for 55 years, including Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, and Moorpark. He has called Ventura home since 1989. Married for over 32 years, Doug has two adult children, and two grand-babies. His 32 years of experience in real estate spans all roles -- from income property owner and business owner to real estate agent, realtor, and property manager. Since 2004, he has helped clients with the purchase, sale, and management of properties throughout Southern California and beyond. Robert and wife Danielle have been married for 14+ years and have 2 children. They enjoy days at Disneyland and camping in their trailer or family cabin in Lake Tahoe. A very sports-oriented family, their kids pursue everything from dance to swim and soccer, as well as baseball and softball. Robert has been involved in baseball for 35+ years and believes firmly you can learn anything you need to learn in life on the sports field. DRE#02127591
Vince is a Ventura native. He's had a passion for real estate since he was a kid and purchased his first home at the age of 20. He grew up playing hockey and football and is naturally competitive, which helps him negotiate deals for his clients. He loves hunting for homes and showing properties. When he's not working he enjoys spending time with his son, experiencing theme parks or just relaxing at the beach.
