A South Bay native, Doreen Wright graduated from California State University Northridge with a degree in Sociology. These skills allow her to keep in close communication with her clients ensuring they are fully educated on the market trends and the real estate transaction process. She started her career in real estate with South Bay Brokers in transaction management, taking advantage of the educational seminars offered by this prestigious brokerage. During this time, she received her real estate license, and realizing her passion for the business, she decided to pursue real estate as her career. Doreen now hangs her license with Vista Sotheby's International Realty as a broker associate and Transaction Coordinator for the Bisignano Group. She has managed over 400 transactions and facilitates the entire transaction from beginning to end, expertly navigating each stage. Gerard Bisignano specializes in the sale of Luxury and Architectural homes. He is a Partner with Vista Sotheby's International Realty with offices in Palos Verdes, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach and Long Beach. He is a lifelong resident of the South Bay Coastal Communities and has been representing extraordinary homes all over Southern California for over 30 years. His client's homes have been featured in publications like The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Bloomberg, The Robb Report, Architectural Digest, NY Times, LA Times, Dwell and other publications around the world. His sales have set numerous price records including the communities of Manhattan Beach, Rolling Hills, the Palos Verdes Peninsula, Belmont Heights and Palm Springs. In 2022 Gerard set a price record in Palm Springs by representing both buyer and Seller in the sale of the extraordinary "Kaufmann Desert House." This Richard Neutra designed home is considered one of the most important homes ever designed. The home was eternalized by the famous "Poolside Gossip" photo by Slim Aarons shot in 1970 and by the iconic black & white photo in 1946 by Julius Shulman taken upon the homes completion. In addition to representing several Richard Neutra homes, he has represented homes designed by other architectural masters such as William Cody, Thom Mayne, Pierre Koenig, Richard Landry, Edward Carson Beal, Paul Revere Williams and more. Currently, Gerard oversees the management of both the Kaufmann Desert House and the Kun House for the European owner. Both Masterpieces designed by Richard Neutra. Gerard has been a featured lecturer for the marketing of Luxury and Architectural homes and has appeared on numerous real estate TV shows. He has been featured as an expert in the marketing of Luxury and Architectural homes in newspaper articles, TV and radio. He was the "expert" co-host of a radio series called "Architectural Los Angeles" on KEIB at 1150 am. For 5 years Gerard led a faith-based Fatherhood Program at his community's High School called "All Pro Dads." Gerard is a lecturer for the Real Estate Accreditation Program for the Business and Law School at Loyola Marymount University where he teaches on Residential Real Estate. In addition, he lectures on the influence of Architecture on the Art, Culture and Lifestyle of Southern California. Gerard has worked with professional athletes, Chief Executives of Fortune 500 companies, celebrities and international business people. He served 8 years on the Redondo Beach City Council and has his Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration and M.B.A. from Loyola Marymount University. After receiving his undergraduate degree Gerard had the opportunity to live in Paris, Tokyo and Milan. He began and completed his MBA during this period. He is currently an avid student of the Italian language. Gerard has been married for 32 years and lives in the community with his wife Angela. Angela has her PhD in Clinical Psychology and has a practice in Southern California. Their son David recently graduated from USC with a degree in Real Estate Development and is an industrial real estate broker.
