C&O Insurance was founded in 1993 by partners Doug Crabtree and Steve O'Donnell when they purchased the Milliman Agency in Tekonsha Michigan. In 1997 they acquired the Trayling & Sons Agency in Colon, MI., and moved their office to the old Standard Oil building on the corner of US 12 and Clay St... C & O Insurance is an independent insurance company with its main office located in Coldwater, Michigan. We have two additional locations: The Trayling & Sons agency in Colon, Michigan, and The Thompson-Roberts agency in Jonesville, Michigan.
