Her specialty is residential real estate; she enjoys working with a wide variety of home buyers, from first time home buyers to veteran investors. Her personal attention and detail oriented approach help to make the home buying process seamless and simple for her clients.
With a developer as a father, Brandi was raised on real estate and having grown up in Boulder, she is an expert in the Boulder marketplace. Always willing to go the extra mile for her clients, her passion for real estate is evident in each and every transaction.

Jessica Cashmore was born and raised in Boulder. Her roots in the community run deep, making her an expert in navigating the local commercial real estate market. Jessica completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado, earning a degree in Political Science. She then pursued a Master's in Public Policy and Administration with an emphasis on Public Sector Financial Management from the University of California at Long Beach.
Jessica joined The Colorado Group in 2010. Her dedication and hard work led her to become an owner of the firm in 2018. Since 2019, she has served as Vice President and has been a member of the Board of Directors, reflecting her leadership and commitment to the company. Jessica has closed hundreds of lease and sale transactions throughout her career, amounting to over $300 million.
Known for her creative problem-solving skills, Jessica enjoys assisting her clients with their unique real estate needs, representing companies from start-ups to those with hundreds of employees. Her passion for her client's success is evident in every transaction she handles. Aside from her professional commitments, Jessica is actively involved in the community and is a member of the Commercial Brokers of Boulder. As a huge fan of the University of Colorado, she never misses a Colorado Buffs Football or Basketball game. Jessica Cashmore's love for her hometown, her passion for commercial real estate, and her commitment to her clients make her an asset to them.

Joe Bennell, Senior Broker with The Colorado Group, Inc. has been a full-time real estate broker since 2004. His family moved to Boulder County when he was just a tot, and he grew up in Lafayette. As a young man, Joe was driven by the philosophy that hard work breeds success and worked multiple jobs in the construction trades, while going to tech school at night, earning his degree in electronics engineering from DeVry. Joe's career and education path have shaped him to be very adept at problem-solving, and critical thinking in complicated matters. He and his family now live in Longmont and have raised 3 amazing children. Joe's a great communicator, fun to work with, and well respected among clients and colleagues.
Prior to joining The Colorado Group, Joe co-owned and operated multiple real estate offices throughout Boulder County, providing guidance and support for more than 75 broker affiliates and associates, while actively brokering transactions for his clientele and personal investments. His commercial real estate focus is in light industrial, office, and multi-family. Joe loves to serve hardworking bright-minded professionals with consulting, deal analysis, and full-service real estate brokerage. Additionally, his background in residential brokerage has helped hundreds of families enjoy the benefits of homeownership along the Colorado front-range.
Joe serves his community by volunteering with the Skyline Longmont Kiwanis Club, building relationships, and raising money for need based organizations in the community. In his time off, Joe enjoys outdoor recreation with his family; Hiking, biking, skiing, and moto-adventure camping throughout our beautiful Centennial State.

Neil Littmann approaches his profession with honesty, ethics, and a knowledgeable skill set that enables his clients and customers to navigate complex real estate transactions successfully. Neil's reputation and expertise have earned him the position as one of the company's - and the region's - top-producing brokers. During the past two decades, he has been involved in over 750 transactions ranging from 500 to 130,000 square foot leases, to numerous multi-million dollar land and building sales valued over a billion dollars.
A specialist in commercial leasing, sales, real estate partnerships, and management and investment acquisitions, Neil joined The Colorado Group in 1997 and became a principal just three years later. He served on the board of directors for eight years and has been the acting vice president of operations since 2003.
In addition to his brokerage activities, Neil focuses on building his personal real estate portfolio with numerous developments and building acquisitions in Colorado and Arizona. He is an active member of over 25 commercial real estate partnerships, primarily as the managing partner. These real estate investments include over a million 585,000 square feet and have a market value of more than $125 million.
Neil has a bachelor's degree from Colorado State University, with a major in finance and real estate, and a minor in economics, finance, and real estate.
Born and raised in Boulder, Neil currently resides in Erie, with his wife and their two young children. Outside the office, Neil is an avid runner and enjoys travel, the outdoors, reading, sports and spending time with family and friends.
Meet Tara Tague, our Office Manager extraordinaire! With 15+ years in Commercial Real Estate, Tara's done it all - from receptionist to project management, leasing, HR, and executive assistance. She's even helped grow a company from 7 employees to over 200! When 2020 hit, Tara made a change and became an avid runner and ultra-marathoner while working as a health and wellness concierge. She moved to Colorado for the mountains, sunshine, and to escape the Midwest winters. After a few years away, Tara's back in the real estate game and thrilled to be the glue that holds The Colorado Group together, without breaking a sweat. When not at work, you can find her hitting the trails or snuggling her pug, Fireball.
