Calvin joined Continuity Solutions as General Manager following the successful completion of his Bachelor of Accounting degree and after having worked at the company for many years on a part - time basis.
Since his arrival at the company, Calvin has taken control of all operations where his business knowledge compounded by his desire to learn has placed him in good stead to provide all Continuity Solutions clients with a premium service.
Dean founded Continuity Solutions in 2004 after finding a gap in the market and realising the need of a BCM specialist company within South Africa. Holding years of experience in the IT industry before hand, Dean then went on to gain his PECB/ ISO 22301 Lead Implementer Certification.
Since then Dean has been involved in the implementation of BCM strategies and provision of DR services for a number of enterprises in South Africa, including Investec, Ithala Bank and Europcar.
