Aaron Couto is an Account Executive with Anthony F. Cordeiro Insurance Agency, LLC. Aaron comes to us with an abundance of experience in the business industry of southeastern Massachusetts. Aaron found his love for business and making meaningful relationships with other young entrepreneurs working for his father's successful mechanical plumbing business as a Project Manager while still in college. Upon graduation, he became the manager of Jerry Remy's Sports Bar & Grill, Fall River, managing at one time over 70 employees. His most recent venture was as Owner & Operator of Clique Bar & Lounge on the developing waterfront in Fall River. Aaron graduated from The University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth in 2014 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Operations Management. In 2017, Aaron was awarded the prestigious Bristol County Chamber of Commerce Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He obtained his insurance license in Property and Casualty in 2018 and is currently working on acquiring his licenses in Accident, Life and Health. Cordeiro is a respected businessman and entrepreneur in the Greater Fall River Area owning and operating several companies as well as commercial and residential real estate properties. A 1980 graduate of Durfee High School, he earned his Bachelor's in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst in 1984. He received his Master's in Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Finance, from Bryant College in 1994. Cordeiro began his first business, Anthony F. Cordeiro Insurance Agency LLC, in 1987 at just 24 years of age. Today, Anthony F. Cordeiro Insurance Agency is known as one of the top insurance providers in the region. Anthony F. Cordeiro is the CEO and President of Anthony F. Cordeiro Insurance Agency, LLC, and Cordeiro Properties, LLC. Cordeiro previously held Series 7, Series 13, and Principal 24 Securities licenses. He currently holds his insurance licenses in Property & Casualty, Life, Accident and Health. He is a Certified Chartered Pension Professional (CPP) and is a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts. In addition to the many companies he solely owns, Cordeiro is also the Managing Partner of over 30 limited liability corporations holding in excess of $90 million in real estate values. His most recent endeavors include: Cordeiro Financial Group, LLC, Mechanics Mill One, LLC and Mechanics Mill Two, LLC (the entities that own and operate Commonwealth Landing). Deeply vested in advancing the health and well-being of the Greater Fall River community, Cordeiro actively supports numerous area health, education, and civic projects. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Thomas Chew Memorial Boys & Girls Club. He previously served as President of the Board of Directors for Child & Family Services and was a member of the Board of Directors for St. Anne's Hospital, the Southcoast Health System/Charlton Memorial Hospital President's Council, Fall River Retirement Board, Bridgewater State College Business Advisory Council, and University of Massachusetts Dartmouth's Advanced Technology Center Advisory Board. As a past member of Slade's Ferry Bank (now Rockland Trust) Board of Directors, Cordeiro also served as a member of the financial institution's Executive Board and as Chairman of its Finance and Investment Board. He previously served as President of the Fall River Office of Economic Development and the Southeastern Massachusetts Heart Association. He is the Founder & CEO of the Anthony F. She again joined the Cordeiro family business in 2016. In 2020, Melanie obtained her Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth Charlton School of Business. In April 2023, she earned her Certificate in Professional Fundraising from Boston University. Additionally, Melanie sits on the President's Council of Southcoast Hospitals Group and the Patient and Family Advisory Council of Southcoast Health. Ashley Pimentel has been a Customer Service Representative with Anthony F. Cordeiro Insurance Agency for the past 14 years. A member of our Personal Lines team, she manages all aspects of our auto insurance policies, handling quotes, endorsements, billing, and renewals. Dedicated to serving the needs of people facing homelessness here in our community, Ashley has volunteered her time and talents by working in a homeless shelter, as well as cooking meals and organizing food drives to benefit homeless children and adults. Ashley also volunteers for the Anthony F. Cordeiro Charitable Foundation. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her son Matteo.

Debra is the Broker/Owner of Milestone Realty, Inc. with locations in Westport, Taunton, and Somerset. She excels in both real estate and insurance by relying on three fundamentals: communication, accessibility, and reliability. Through placing a strong emphasis on relationships, Debra has consistently surpassed all client expectations. Her enthusiasm and attention to detail, coupled with over 10 years of banking experience, provides her clients the luxury of a smooth transaction. A true entrepreneur, Debra and her husband Keith are also the owners of Society Coffee Bar, which has locations in Taunton and Somerset. She is a resident of Westport and enjoys traveling, good food, and spending time with her pup Chino.

Diana comes to Cordeiro Insurance with an extensive career in customer service and over 15 years in the banking industry. She has previously worked for Citizens Bank and Rockland Trust. Her ability to provide excellent customer service as well as her desire to exceed the needs and expectations of clients, make her a valuable member of our commercial lines team. Diana ‘s responsibilities include working with new and existing commercial clients by underwriting, rating, quoting, and communicating coverages and limits. Mark specializes in and manages the Employee Benefits practice at Anthony F. Cordeiro Insurance Agency, LLC. Mark works directly with employers and Human Resources directors of both small and large companies to help them understand and navigate the changing climate of the health insurance industry. He analyzes renewals and develops and designs strategies to help negotiate pricing, while focusing on meeting our clients' objectives for their organizations. Mark also works with many of our commercial clients in assisting them with their other insurance needs, such as property and casualty insurance. A graduate of Bryant University, Mark is currently in the process of obtaining his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. Merrill is a cum laude graduate of Salve Regina University in Newport, RI. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing with a 3.6 GPA and spent a semester abroad in London. Merrill graduated and earned a Master of Business Administration in 2017. Merrill holds her property and casualty insurance licenses and is in the process of obtaining her life, accident & health license. A member of the Cordeiro Insurance Executive Team, Steve comes to us from Viveiros Insurance with 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. William serves as an intern at the Cordeiro Group and assists the team with day-to-day operations and marketing activities.
