Annie is a Audit Manager with over twenty years experience working with high value clients. She has managed and audited engagements for large and small client firms. Annie holds a BA in Economics from UCLA and a BS in Accounting from California State University, Northridge. She has the distinction of being the first employee hired by SVAC.
Calvin Castro, Staff Accountant, has been with the firm since 2019. Calvin has a BS in Business Administration with options in Marketing and Human Resources from California State University, East Bay. He enjoys staying physically active, keeping up with his favorite sports teams the Warriors and 49ers, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
George Pinto, CPA, is Co-Founder of the firm and manages the ERISA (mostly 401(k) audits) practice of the firm. He has been in the accounting profession since 1985 and is a resident of Silicon Valley since 1980. George has taught the 401(k) audit class to CPAs through the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Education Foundation. In addition to his busy work-load, George volunteers extensively in the community with a couple of non-profits and likes to travel with his family. Hetal Bhavsar, CPA joined the firm in 2018 as a Staff Accountant and is currently working as an Audit Supervisor. She manages 401(k) plan audits and works diligently with clients to understand the requirements of each plans. Hetal holds a Bachelor's in Commerce (B. COM) and a Master's in Commerce (M. COM) degree from University of Mumbai, India. She is also a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She lives with her family and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Ivy Lau, CPA, Audit Manager with over 20 years of public accounting experience working with a variety of clients from small to large size companies in various industries. Throughout her accounting career, Ivy has decided to focus on developing expertise in the unique area of ERISA benefit plan audits. She manages dozens of 401(k) and 403(b) plan audits every year and takes pride in working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide the highest standards of professional services. Ivy has a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Washington State University. She lives in San Jose with her family and enjoys hiking, reading, cooking and traveling with her family.
Janet Yu, Audit Manager, started with the firm in 2007 and subsequently left to raise her young children. She returned in 2015 and is currently working in the Audit Department. Janet has a BA degree of Political Science from Peking University and a MBA from Portland State University. In her free time, Janet enjoys traveling, reading and gardening.
Meesha Patel has a BA in Accounting and Business. She has worked with the firm since February 2008 and is currently an Audit Manager. Meesha enjoys cooking different types of cuisines, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Milan Kojnok, CPA, is Co-Founder of the firm and manages the tax related practice of the firm. He has been in the accounting profession since 1989 and is a resident of Silicon Valley since 1983.
Milan specializes in closely held medical, professional and high-technology enterprises emphasizing tax planning and tax savings to the individual owner(s) and the entity. By building a professional trusted relationship, Milan helps clients to execute and achieve their plans and goals.
Milan has also provided extensive tax consulting and compliance services to large multi-state and international enterprises. When he isn't working hard as a strong advocate for clients, he is busy seeking new adventures and traveling around the world.

Reshma Shah, Staff Accountant, has a background across various financial disciplines and risk management. She holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of San Francisco and an MBA from Golden Gate University. Reshma lives in sunny Southern California and enjoys spending time with her family and dog, as well as exploring different cuisines.
