With a Chilean degree in Accounting, Carolina completed an Advanced Diploma in Australia to pursue a career in accounting working in a variety of industries including mining, hospitality, retail and pharmaceutical until she moved to the real estate industry working for a large real estate agency in Sydney.
Carolina has been a Melburnian since 2019 and started with our team in accounts administration taking care of the daily business requirements including trust accounting, administration. She now transistioned to Assistant Property Management whilst undertaking her Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, eager to learn more facets of the industry.

Motivated and experienced, Christine's real estate career began over 20 years ago at a residential agency based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne in a sales administration role. Always striving to expand her skill set, Christine joined the Crabtrees team to learn commercial real estate over 7 years ago. Initially providing administration support to the Directors and extended sales & leasing team, Christine made an organic transition to administration management, embracing the new challenges and diversity within this role.
A proud member of her local junior football club for over 10 years, Christine's natural interpersonal skills, outstanding administration abilities and eagerness to help has seen her on the Executive Committee of the club for over 5 years with her most recent capacity as club President.

Julia began her career in event management at a chic inner city event management company in which she was responsible for coordinating events and travel itineraries whilst completing her diploma in event management.
After returning from extensive travel throughout Europe, Julia joined a major health insurance company as a solutions agent where her interpersonal skills shone as a team manager training and leading a team customer service representatives.

Linh has always had her foot in Real Estate starting in Project Management for a Residential/Commercial property development company overseas where she co-ordinated sales transactions from land stage through to building and settlement.
Since moving to Australia, Linh has remained in the commercial real estate industry as a trust accountant and has been with our team for over 8 years now.
