Capital Partners Certified Development Company, headquartered in Metro Atlanta, began operations in 1984 and has funded over $400 million in SBA 504 loans. Capital Partners is a private non-profit corporation that is licensed by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) as a Certified Development Company (CDC) to deliver the 504 Loan Program. The program is designed to encourage economic development in local communities by giving small businesses access to the same long term, fixed-rate financing that larger businesses have through the bond markets.
