Libby founded Cresco Strategy in 2011. She has over 20 years of management, human capital and consulting roles within large multinational corporations, such as Levi's, Accenture and GE, to a series of small private equity backed companies, to mid-sized banks, both public and private companies, and everything in between. Each having its own unique leadership, talent, and culture and experiences.
Libby's industry experience includes retail, technology, marketing, nonprofit, with the bulk of her experience being in financial services.
Libby earned a BA in Psychology, and a Master's Degree in Human Resources from The Ohio State University. She also holds certifications in Strategic Professional Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Professional Coach, Certified Scrum Master, and is certified by Prosci® in Change Management. She is extremely active in the community, sitting on several boards, and has taught Organizational Behavior at Virginia Commonwealth University.
