CROSSROADS - Key Persons
Since 2012, Cody Layman has worked in precision agriculture selling and servicing all products Crossroads has to offer. Customer relations and quality work are his highest priority and it shows. He has received awards from Trimble and Precision Planting on regional, national, and international levels.
Cody and his lovely wife are raising two young boys. He enjoys the outdoors, spending much of his free time fishing and hunting. Don't be surprised when he contacts you asking permission to fish the pond in your field or to hunt that tree line down by your creek.
Cody's strong work ethic and can-do attitude are a big part of why our customers love working with Crossroads. He listens to your concerns to make sure he finds the right solutions for your operation.

Doug Roth is the Golden Harvest Seed Advisor at CGI Seed and Sales and Service for our Crossroads team. Doug says he enjoys working with his growers and helping them to be more successful in their operations.
Born and raised on the family farm near Seward, Doug knows the farm life. He branched out in 1989, when he began working for a farmer in Geneva, NE, and continued to work for him for 23 years. Then in June of 2012, Doug started in his current position with CGI Seed.
Married for 35 years, Doug and his wife, Lori, have two daughters. Both married, one daughter lives in Lincoln, NE, and the other lives in Phoenix, AZ. He also has two beautiful grandchildren; Luke is four and Addison is seven. In his spare time Doug enjoys traveling, golfing, fishing, and spending time with his family.
When it comes to farming and ag solutions, Doug is a wealth of knowledge and experience. He works hard to make sure his customers are given the best options for their farming needs.

Lacy Lukert is our Crossroads Office Manager. She is thorough and friendly and has been an integral part of our team since 2015.
Her business career began originally in the banking world after earning her Associates degree in Business Administration in 2011. She was promoted to Vault Teller before making the decision to shift gears and join our team and the agricultural industry and she hasn't looked back.
Lacy has become an expert in all things ag and in our daily Crossroads operations. She is happy to answer any questions our customers may have.
In her free time Lacy enjoys spending time with her family.

Born in York Nebraska and raised in the dirt business, owner and president of Crossroads, Wes Williamsen, got his start in underground construction and site development. As an adult he enlisted in the United States Air Force where he worked as a mechanic on all aircraft systems of the KC-135 Stratotanker. Wes was able to travel all over the world in the Air Force and he loved it.
