Eddie is also a recognized "Who's Who" in the HomeLife community and through out the years Eddie has received multiple awards such as the Emerald Award, which represents the top 3% sales in Ontario.

Ken Yeung is the President of Century 21 Kennect Realty Brokerage in Markham, Ontario Ken started out as a financial planner in 1999 and moved to real estate in 2002. Ken has received Century 21's Centurion Producer awards for 13 consecutive years for his outstanding achievements. He was ranked #1 for Global Producer by production and units in 2017. Mr. Stephen Li is the founder and the President of Landpower Real Estate Ltd, a well established real estate brokerage/marketing/development firm since 1996. Mr. Li studied Architecture and Engineering, and holds a degree in Civil Engineering. He was trained under Scott Wilson KirkPatrick Consulting Engineering and worked for Governmental of Hong Kong between 1982 to 1987. Mr. Li immigrated to Toronto in 1987 and soon become embarked in real estate business. Mr Li has vast experience in land acquisition, construction and project development; and also a leader in new home marketing and commercial real estate. He is also actively involved in managing equity participation of several real estate development projects/portfolio with local builders. Mr. Li is a Fellow of Real Estate of Institute (FRI), and a stakeholder in various commercial real estate development committees in City of Markham. Mr. Li is also a member of BILD and a registered Builder.

Selwyn Lo

A Graduate from the University of Toronto, Selwyn went on to obtain his professional designation as a Professional Accountant (CMA) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). After years of working as a Manager of Internal Audit in major Canadian Corporations, Selwyn joined Family Trust Corporation in real estate sales in 1986 to pursue his interest in real estate. That same year and the year after, Selwyn was one of the top 100 agents in Family Trust's Ontario Operation. In 1987, Selwyn left for other smaller Commercial Real Estate brokerages and was the top agent in these companies, achieving multi-million dollar sales award year after year and became a key person in their commercial sales and leasing activities. Activities included sale and leasing of offices, industrial condominiums, commercial retail and restaurant space, indoor mall space, plazas, mix-used retail/residential complex and warehouses, etc. In 1990, Selwyn obtained his Professional Brokerage License. In order to enhance customer service, in 1994, Selwyn formed a property management company looking after real estate investments for his clients. In 1999, Selwyn joined Homelife T S Realty Inc. due to referral from other members of CCCRN (Canadian Chinese Commercial Realtor Network), in which Selwyn was the Corporate Secretary. Steve Ng

Steve Ng is one of the founding directors of CREPSO. He earned his Master degree in Business Administration before immigrating to Canada. He has been a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board since 1976. In 1988, he established his first brokerage in Scarborough. A couple of years later, he joined RE/MAX. The new brokerage is named RE/MAX Goldenway Realty Inc. RE/MAX is a world famous real estate franchise organization with more than 140,000 associates all over the world. In 1995, he bought another RE/MAX franchise and set up an office in Richmond Hill and later in 2013, a branch office was established in Markham. In 2003, he established a new Goldenway Real Estate Ltd.
