Mr. Glazer is a Mechanical Engineer and has assisted with construction supervision, project management, engineering analysis, and technical research. Mr. Glazer's experience includes but is not limited to the coordination of remediation work across multiple disciplines, site observation, the facilitation of detailed technical inspections for a wide range of commercial construction projects, and the preparation of closeout requirements, delivered in a timely manner and within scope. Mr. Glazer monitors site progress at ongoing completion projects with weekly field reports and provides both detailed and accurate analyses for all summary reports. Mr. Glazer has worked on a wide range of projects including but not limited to the Flood Remediation programs, the fire station at Gabreski Airforce Base, Public School 279X, The Centrale at 138 E50th Street, Riverside 3 Condominiums & Mt. As a senior architect, Mr. Strum has extensive experience in all aspects of building and site design including proposal and initial program development; contract and construction administration; and project closeout. Mr. Carrillo is a Civil Engineer licensed in both Florida and Colombia, S.A, with over 25 years of experience in design, budgeting, construction inspection, construction supervision and construction claims analysis for many different types of construction projects. He has extensive experience in the United States and Latin America on both public and private projects. Mr. Carrillo has served as a Project Manager on many major construction claims projects in the eastern United States, Puerto Rico and Central and South America. He assists sureties with completion of large public and private projects following defaults by major contractors. Projects include construction of public schools, hospitals, residential housing and commercial buildings, as well as highway, bridge and infrastructure improvements. Mr. Carrillo's responsibilities include analysis of construction claims/deficiencies, field inspections, evaluation of work status, project financial analyses, preparation of cost-to-complete estimates and completion work on behalf of clients including Sureties, Lending Institutions and Developers. Mr. Carrillo manages Cashin Spinelli & Ferretti's Miami regional office, providing Consulting and Claim Management services to its Surety clients throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America.

Mr. Fusco is a Project Manager/Construction Supervisor with extensive experience in the construction industry who has greatly contributed to the long-term success of numerous projects. Mr. Fusco's experience includes but is not limited to: education facilities (including high schools, retreat houses, elementary schools, and Yeshivas), fire houses, housing projects, airport facilities, and public parks. Mr. Fusco oversees all aspects of construction and coordination of project completion work. During completion work, Mr. Fusco will coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve technical, logistical, and commercial issues that may arise.
Diane works as an office/claims administrator in our Connecticut office, while also handling claims coordination for various insurance companies. Diane is a familiar face around the office as she has previously supported the administrative staff with special projects to ensure they were completed in a timely manner.
Diane comes to CSF with a vast amount of experience in various areas inclusive of automotive and property claims handling, travel consulting, as well as office and legal secretarial support. Ms. Lambert most recently worked with the Natural Resources Conservation Service (under the USDA) working with their environmental and easement programs. Ms. Lambert is organized and detail-oriented and excels in her interpersonal skills. She holds a bachelor's degree in environmental Geography with a minor in Planning.

Mr. Murphy possesses a Civil Engineering and Construction Management degree with vast experience in the construction industry. He is well versed in managing all aspects of diverse construction projects from initial start up to final closeout with particular emphasis on evaluating defaulted projects, establishing cost to complete estimates, and completing projects on behalf of the Surety Company. Mr. Murphy has been working in the Surety Industry for over 12 years and has helped clients see their projects to completion by combining field management skills and expertise in cost control systems, estimating, claim review and budget forecasting. Mr. Murphy assists sureties with the completion of large public and private projects following defaults by major contractors. Projects include wastewater, water treatment, pump stations, subdivision improvements and renovation of public schools, park improvements, and residential and commercial housing as well as highway, bridge and infrastructure improvements.

Mr. Thompson is a Licensed Professional Engineer with over 43 years' experience in structural engineering, civil engineering, residential and commercial land development, heavy highway/road construction, horizontal and vertical concrete construction, and construction management and facilities operations. As a Consulting Surety Engineer for over 18 years, Mr. Thompson has assisted sureties with claim analysis, Affirmative Claim development of Lost Productivity and Cumulative Impact Claims, construction completion bid solicitation and project takeovers. Mr. Thompson is knowledgeable with the benefits, challenges, and feasibility of the Critical Path Method (CPM) and Linear Scheduling Method (LSM) claim analysis and development. Mr. Thompson's vast knowledge in the review of several CSI Master format sections qualify him for Claim Consulting and Litigation Support.
After his US Army service, he began a varied commercial engineering career by analyzing and designing seismic structural support systems for HVAC duct work, process piping and electrical conduits.
He subsequently worked as a consulting civil engineer offering design services to the real estate development industry. These services included surface water hydrology, hydraulics, transportation and road design, water supply, and wastewater disposal.
Moving ‘off the design table,' Mr. Thompson worked as a real estate developer and general contractor. His work included concept development, finance analysis, cost estimating, bid preparation, construction scheduling, sub-contract & vendor solicitation, and project management. Mr. Thompson's role as a General Contracting company's Financial Controller provides him exceptional financial insight.

Mr. Biscardi has prior Project Management experience in mixed-use development, commercial development & alterations, multi-family & residential development, and property management in NYC and the metropolitan area. Mr. Biscardi helps to oversee all aspects of construction by leveraging his field management skills along with his background in finance to help create & manage budgets. Mr. Spinelli is a Registered Architect and Attorney with vast experience in the study, analysis, design and management of a wide array of municipal and private construction projects. Recently, an Adjunct Professor at SUNY Farmingdale where he taught graduate courses titled The Legal Aspects of the Construction Process and Construction Contracts, Mr. Spinelli has been retained by numerous municipalities on Long Island, including the Town of Oyster Bay, Town of Hempstead, Town of Brookhaven, Village of Thomaston, and many of the nation's largest insurance companies, to evaluate, design and/or manage complex and often troubled construction projects through completion. His expertise in these fields include analysis, design, estimating, bidding, building systems (civil, mechanical and electrical) and management of the built environment. Mr. Spinelli also has significant experience with municipal design, consulting and project management for local and state governments. Recently, Mr. Spinelli was retained on several large, highly visible projects wherein work had to be coordinated with federal, state and local officials. Mr. Spinelli has also been retained by local municipalities to evaluate severe storm damages. As part of those evaluations, Mr. Spinelli was responsible for principal evaluation, oversight, design and management of parks, roadways and throughways. These mission-critical projects require intense and daily coordination with various levels and departments of government to be completed on time and within the established budgets.
Mr. Spinelli has also designed and managed several town parks including the Hicksville Athletic Center, Plainedge Park, John F. Mr. Rosenberg is a knowledgeable and passionate Registered Architect, certified Construction Documents Technologist and Architectural Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in the New York City and Long Island construction industry. Mr. Rosenberg has a thorough understanding of the comprehensive design, delivery, and construction process, from pre-design analysis and feasibility to construction administration and project management. Mr. Rosenberg is a Board Member of the New York State and Long Island chapters of the American Institute of Architects and an Adjunct Professor of Architecture & Construction Management at SUNY Farmingdale where he has taught an advanced level building code class. Prior to joining CSF, Mr. Murphy worked at Moody's CPA's & CFE's for over 19 years specializing in surety accounting across all types of construction as well as the resolution of fidelity employee theft claims, and providing litigation support to clients. Mr. Murphy is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Illinois Assessing Official, and currently serves as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Chicago Surety Claims Association.

Mr. Ferretti is also a Transportation Engineer and Planner, with experience in the design, review and analysis of highway and transportation matters and has provided expert analysis for traffic and transportation issues for some of the region's largest developers for over 35 years. Mr. Ferretti also has significant experience with municipal consulting and project management. In 2012, Mr. Ferretti was retained by the City of Long Beach in order to evaluate the damage to City owned properties from Super Storm Sandy. Mr. Ferretti led the City's efforts to recoup the maximum insurance settlement and FEMA reimbursement. Mr. Warren Wade Anderson's journey to CSF was shaped by a playful and service-oriented mindset, nurtured by his childhood passion for building small houses in his backyard. This artistic inclination led him to Pratt Institute, where he earned a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree. This foundation fueled his insatiable desire to explore diverse building types and gain a comprehensive understanding of the field.
Mr. Anderson's portfolio showcases a wide range of projects, including the 1,000,000 square foot Orange County Courthouse, the New Hempstead Ambulance Corps, Gucci stores, the University of Central Florida Student Hall, and a 1,696-apartment project for the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA). These projects not only allowed him to realize his childhood dreams but also emphasized the significance of simultaneously meeting the clients' needs and exceeding their expectations. Mr. Anderson's commitment to delivering exceptional results and going beyond the minimum requirements has solidified his reputation as a skilled Senior Project Manager.
Mr. Lambert is the Regional Manager of Cashin Spinelli & Ferretti, LLC's Northeast U.S. office. Mr. Lambert has more than 30 years of experience in the surety industry as a consultant, an in-house surety claims professional for two national surety companies and as a lawyer in private practice. Over this time, he has either directly analyzed or supervised the handling by others of thousands of payment bond claims and more than one hundred performance bond defaults throughout the country. Among the services Mr. Lambert provides in addition to administering and evaluating claims are addressing performance bond defaults, developing costs to complete work, preparing re-let packages, monitoring completion contractors, preparing payment applications and negotiating settlements involving complex disputes.
Mr. Lambert has served as an expert witness on claims and projects from the East Coast of the United States to Puerto Rico, to Washington state and Hawaii. Mr. Lambert has authored or edited several publications and he has spoken at more than two dozen surety conferences. Prior to the experience noted above, Mr. Lambert served several years in the United States Army as an officer in the Judge Advocate General's Corps and as a lawyer in private practice.
