Anne Murdica

Attorney Murdica regularly drafts and negotiates contracts on behalf of her clients and has consistently obtained favorable results for her clients in mediations and settlement negotiations. In addition, she has successfully represented clients in workers' compensation matters and regularly advises on commercial and residential real estate transactions and land use. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Attorney Murdica practiced law in New York City, focusing primarily on the defense of pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in product liability litigation matters. Attorney Palmeri

Attorney Palmeri is a Certified Public Accountant and was formerly a Senior Tax Manager with the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young. Attorney Palmeri currently serves as Secretary of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants and is a member of the Tax Section Executive Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association. He is also a member of the Tax Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Connecticut Bar Association and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. Attorney Palmeri is a former member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants' Board of Governors, as well as past chair of its Trust, Estate and Gift Taxation Committee, and Federal Tax Division Steering Committee.

Charles D. Wilber

Attorney Bozzuto has been involved in local government, having served on the Waterbury Board of Alderman, Waterbury Zoning Commission and the Board of Public Works in the past. Prior to receiving his law degree, Attorney Bozzuto was a Teacher and Coach at Holy Cross High School in Waterbury. Gail E. McTaggart

Attorney Gail McTaggart's practice focuses on land use, municipal law, real estate development and transactions, and commercial law. She has served as Town Attorney, Land Use Counsel and Special Land Use counsel in numerous Connecticut towns. In towns she does not represent, Attorney McTaggart works with developers, business owners, neighborhood associations, non-profit entities, and lenders in real estate development matters including land use planning, brown field development, regulation drafting, processing applications, post-approval documentation and financing. She has litigated numerous land use cases, including arguments before the Connecticut Appellate and Supreme Courts. Attorney McTaggart is also experienced in drafting common interest ownership documents for planned communities and commercial/residential condominiums. Before commencing her law practice, Attorney McTaggart taught Biology and Environmental Science at the high school and college level. Her background in biology provides Attorney McTaggart with an excellent skill set for dealing with environmental issues in land use. In addition, Attorney McTaggart has presented numerous seminars on subject matters such as land use and municipal law.

Linda Mayo

Attorney Mayo's practice focuses on various areas of law including banking, financial privacy, foreclosures, residential real estate closings, and estate planning and administration. She routinely advises financial institutions on matters related to financial privacy, service of process, deposit accounts, probate and trust document review, and has successfully argued before the Appellate Court of Connecticut in the matter of Ferrato v. Webster Bank, 67 Conn. App. 588 (2002). Furthermore, Attorney Mayo represents banks, purchasers, and sellers in all aspects of residential real estate closings, as well as lenders and municipalities in judicial foreclosures. In addition to the foregoing, Attorney Mayo has extensive experience in estate planning, administration, and conservatorship estates, and is regularly appointed by the Probate Courts as administrator, conservator, attorney and Guardian Ad Litem for minor children and disabled adults. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Attorney Mayo practiced law at Griffin, Griffin, & Mayo, P.C. in Waterbury for 31 years
