Daniela N. Tolliver, Esq. is an experienced criminal trial lawyer with a vast understanding of the nuances of litigation. She has been a member in good standing with the Florida Bar since 2009. Ms. Tolliver began her career as an Assistant State Attorney for the Tenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, where she worked until June of 2016. During her time in Polk County, she tried approximately 70 jury trials, argued countless pretrial motions, and handled a myriad of crimes ranging from misdemeanors to the most serious felonies. As Ms. Tolliver proceeded with her career, she recognized the growing role of digital evidence in the practice of law and, wanting to stay ahead of it, she joined the Special Projects Division where she worked closely with experts and law enforcement prosecuting Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC). Prior to joining Roger D. Futerman & Associates, Ms. Tolliver utilized her litigations skills to represent clients throughout central Florida in both criminal and civil law. Having gained first hand trial experience on both sides of the criminal courtroom, in 2017, Ms. Tolliver joined the law firm of Richard A. Harrison, P.A., to broaden her litigation skills to include civil matters with a focus on business law and local government law. Ms. Tolliver is a member of the Florida Bar in good standing as well as a member of the bar of the Middle District of Florida. In her free time, Ms. Tolliver enjoys giving back to the community as a provisional member of the Junior League of St. Petersburg, a Magistrate for the Teen Court Program, and as a participant in charity runs. Melissa A. Loesch has been working as defense counsel with Mr. Futerman's office for fifteen years. She has been a member in good standing with the Florida Bar since 2004. She appears in court at the trial court level as defense counsel on a daily basis; however, she specializes in research and writing and has written hundreds of motions and numerous appellate briefs to the Second District Court of Appeal. She handles all Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles matters for the firm and has handled thousands of Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles hearings and related issues. She has co-counseled with Mr. Futerman as defense counsel on several jury trials, all to a successful conclusion. She is licensed in both State and Federal court, and along with Mr. Futerman has handled thousands of criminal cases. Prior to joining Mr. Futerman's firm, she was an attorney for the Office of Court Counsel for the Sixth Judicial Circuit. She assisted the felony judges with research and writing and evaluated cases for those judges. She has continued her relationship with the Pinellas County Judiciary and enjoys a fine reputation within the legal community.
