CSIE - Key Persons
My vision for CSIE is to continue to focus on providing our customers with best-in-class engineering design, consulting, and staffing services. Our employees are the Company's greatest asset, strength for growth, sustainability, and expansion. I work closely across all departments including Engineering, Staffing, Accounting, Marketing, and HR. In addition to my decades-long experience with CSIE, I have been a practicing lawyer representing businesses of all types, entrepreneurs, and owners on general corporate matters, regulatory/compliance, and business issues for over 20 years. I was named a 2020 Fellow of the Maryland Bar Foundation by the Maryland State Bar Association and the Maryland Bar Foundation.

I have worked with CSIE in various capacities since its inception in 1987. I bring considerable expertise to the CSIE Management Team with my 35+ years of experience as a registered Architect licensed in the District of Columbia and Maryland. Prior to joining CSIE I was the Director of Design & Engineering for a Design/Build firm specializing in data centers and other mission-critical projects for industry leaders in the banking, information sectors, and government agencies.

Since joining CSIE in 2009 my experience and training have prepared me for my current role as the Principal Mechanical Engineer. HVAC systems including air handling, hydronic systems, boilers plants, chiller plants, plumbing, and building automation systems are my specialties. My personal mechanical and plumbing designs have covered multi-use complexes, healthcare, educational, transportation, and government sectors. I hold Professional Engineer licenses in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia, and other jurisdictions.

Before joining CSIE in 2005, my experience and training in larger engineering firms have provided a solid foundation for my leadership role. Overseeing engineering operations across such diverse sectors is no small feat, and provides great satisfaction. Under my direction, our engineering department designs cover multiple projects within residential, healthcare, educational, transportation, and government sectors. I hold Professional Electrical Engineer licenses in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia, Delaware, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Nevada.
