Optimus Health Care is a nonprofit, federally qualified health center funded primarily by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. We are the largest provider of primary health care services in southwestern Connecticut. Optimus operates community health centers in Bridgeport, Stamford, and Stratford. All of our facilities are Joint Commission accredited and provide comprehensive health care to all regardless of race, income, or insurance status. We have a caring multilingual staff to serve our patients.
