Previously Jackie was Financial Manager of Women's Action for New Directions and WAND Education Fund for twelve years. Attorney Lucy J. Budman is a Tax and Estate Planning specialist with a Masters of Law in Taxation (LL.M.). Lucy excels at guiding clients and their families through the maze of financial and legal decisions necessary for effective Estate Planning. Lucy earned her undergraduate degree from Binghamton University in New York. Thereafter, she graduated cum laude from the Boston University School of Law in 2003, one of the top law schools in the country. In 2011, Lucy earned her Masters of Law in Taxation (LL.M.) at Boston University School of Law. Lucy was admitted to the Bar in Massachusetts (2003) and New York (2005). Lucy is among approximately two dozen Certified Elder Law Attorneys* in Massachusetts. She earned this distinction by completing a process that requires years of focused Elder Law and Estate Planning practice, a full-day Bar-style Exam, extensive continuing legal education, and multiple peer references from other expert Elder Law and Estate Planning Attorneys. Lucy has been selected for inclusion to Massachusetts Super Lawyers as a Rising Star since 2012. Selections are made by Super Lawyers based upon peer nominations and research, comprehensive evaluation, and further peer review within the Attorney's primary area of practice. As an LL.M. (Legum Magistra) with a Masters of Law in the area of Taxation, Lucy is one of the few attorneys across the Commonwealth with this prestigious distinction. Lynne joined Curley Law Firm in 2013. She has more than 25 years experience working in law firms and serving clients throughout Massachusetts. Lynne earned her Associates of Science Degree from Fisher College. Lynne enjoys getting to know the firm's clients and their families. She especially enjoys helping seniors achieve their Estate Planning and Elder Law goals. Lynne has volunteered with Girl Scouts for more than 15 years. At present, she volunteers as the Registrar for Stoneham Girl Scouts and serves as Troop Leader of a 12th Grade Troop in Stoneham. In 2010, Girl Scouts awarded Lynne the Volunteer of the Year Award. In 2012 Girl Scouts awarded Lynne the distinguished Appreciation Pin award. Lynne, her husband Roy and two children, Melissa and Alex, enjoy taking family camping trips and caring for their cats.

Biography Attorney Mark M. Curley is a pioneer in the field of Elder Law and Estate Planning. He began practicing law in 1977 and retired 44 years later in 2021. He earned his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1976. A graduate of Villanova University (BA) and Syracuse University (MBA), he was a longtime member of the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) and the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (MassNAELA). In addition, Mr. Curley proudly served as a U. S. Naval Officer for three years. Mark and his wife Jackie raised and educated their three children in Wakefield, where all three graduated from Wakefield Memorial High School. He was an active participant in Wakefield governance and community service. As an ongoing member of Rotary Club, Mark actively volunteers for the interests of Wakefield and its citizens. In his spare time, Mark loves spending time with his grandchildren. He is very active outdoors and enjoys swimming, kayaking, and skiing.
